Beautiful items on the show room floor but unfortunately, not one of the three employees at their desks would acknowledge me, nor help me even after I asked for some assistance. Very unfortunate considering I was the only customer.

Beautiful showroom and the people there are super friendly and helpful. If you're looking for high end finishes and top of the line faucets, baths, showers, tubs, etc then this is the place to get them at.

Do NOT buy a standing tub here. We purchased one for nearly $3k and used it under five times before it broke. Porcelanosa did not care at all and told us we had to buy a special part from Spain for $90 plus shipping. Plumber just said it will cost $1200 for a "guaranteed fix" and $400 for a "maybe fix." What a crappy tub. The $300 tub we bought from Amazon and used a million times works great. Stay away! (We do like our tiles from here though)

After a disaster at Dal tile where we noticed that 1/2 the tiles were unlike the sample during installation (had to rip it out and start over), our tile man sent us to a number of "big retailers" to find porcelain floor tiles. Nothing was right - we needed a relatively plain, white background floor tile to go with our late 80's kitchen cabinets. On a whim really we went to Porcelanosa in West Hollywood because I drive by it all the time. They had EXACTLY what I wanted and the sales person (Tala) was terrific. She always replied to me by text and email almost immediately for the few follow up questions. Even the delivery went well. The tile had to be shipped from NY and yes, it was more $ than the other Dal tile, but let me tell you, it's gorgeous. The install is nearly complete so I will add photos later.

Went into Porcelonosa as my partner and I are remodeling the entirety of our primary bathroom. The store was empty and the sales associates generally ignored us, however, when we did ask a question we were met with annoyance. In all honesty, we found some things we liked but due to the poor service we ended up purchasing all of our materials elsewhere. Wouldn't waste your time with Porcelonosa there's better products and materials elsewhere.

Trinidad is absolutely amazing! The best customer service you will find in this entire store! She helped me pick tile last minutes for my master bathroom and it came out so clean and beautiful.She went above and beyond and has great knowledge of all her tiles in this store. Make an appointment and ask for Trinidad. You will be happy !!!
