I like the location and of course my lash tech is amazing, this review is specifically on the building and their employee the receptionist, (I think her name is Elena or Alena) . She's very rude and her customer service is horrible. I come her 1-2 times a month and she ALWAYS has an attitude. She never looks up to great ppl, she doesn't open the door for you when you knock. When I first started coming here, I asked her about about where the validation is and she just looked up rolled her eyes and pointed at the machine without saying anything to me. I don't even know what her purpose is! Hi Although I love my lash tech, I'd wish they had someone nicer in the front to greet people. My friends who I refer her always say she has an attitude The bathroom is always dirty and missing paper. And the parking structure machine is always broken. I have stayed out there for 30 min before waiting to be let out because their machine was broken! Park on the street If you come here!

Going for the second session even though it's a 2 hour drive for me it's totally worth it! Hannah is so nice and helpful with any questions I would definitely recommend anyone to come here

So recently my kids father passed away Donevin Washington 6/24/2021. and his mother had communicated with the suite to let them know we would come and get his stuff from his shop. They said take our time, because we all stay in Orange County. Me and him opened the shop back in 2016 (The Hive Barber Studio), he's was a valuable person there and he payed his rent up until his passing. This is what we walked into yesterday to our surprise this place is so disrespectful. Ima post before and after photos. And some of his belongings were stolen. If I could I wouldn't even give it 1 star!!!!

This Salon suite has some pretty talented hair stylists, makeup artists and estheticians. I stumbled across these suites while on a jog one weekend. I recently moved to the city and was looking for someone to wash and blowout my hair. I met Dominique who was friendly and gave me a brief consult on the spot. After taking her business card, I later called to confirm an appointment. Dominique was warm, professional and talented. The suite itself was spacious, comfortable, well kempt and best of all- totally private which allowed for an intimate, personalized experience. Since going to her, I discovered so many other talented independent salons and studios. This convenient Phenix location is a one-stop shop for all your pampering, upkeep and beauty needs.

We here yesterday to get my hair done by Sheryl. I took a photo with me and she did exactly what I showed her. The room she does hair in is relaxing and very comfortable. She makes you feel at ease and does what you want and also informs on what you need without any pressure. Everyone loves my cut and I'm so happy I came in here.

Phoenix salon suite's are AMAZING... Not only am I a salon suite owner here I also recommend my client's to the nail salons in this wonderful building... It's clean,clear & crisp. I saw Sherly Hambrick @ The Curl Suite in Phenix Salon Suites. I'm so happy that I found Sheryl! I've been in LA for a few years now and the search for a stylist that understands my hair and that I'm comfortable with has been long and arduous. But Sheryl is a breath of fresh air! Not only is her space cozy and comfortable, but she put me at ease immediately by asking what my goals were and listening to what I wanted. She walked me through every step she took so that I could replicate her work on my own if needed and the amazing part is that the process was so simple! She used a total of 3 products in my hair (shampoo, leave in conditioner, and curl definer) and I have never seen my hair look the way it did when I left her salon. I teared up! I will definitely be seeing her again!
