If 10 stars were possible then I'd give this company 20! This is my first time flying out of the states and I did procrastinate on the passport which is my own fault. BUT if you need someone to quite literally walk you through every step to make sure everything is done correctly then this is the business you've been looking for. JP was absolutely amazing at the communication and detail on each step to take care of expediting my passport. Of course you will pay extra for the rush but it felt worth it to me personally. I tend to have a lot of anxiety doing things but I was put at ease with JP's very warm and kind personality. The only hiccup during the process had nothing to do with JP but the Post Office passport agent not being in that day so I had to travel to a different location. Fortunately, the 2nd office took me in 10 minutes but JP was already on the grind to find and get me another appointment just in case the 2nd post office wasn't able to accommodate me. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism I received so I highly recommend their services if you want someone to treat you like FAMILY.In conclusion I give the 50 STARS!!! Thank you once again.

Where others failed, Trevor stepped up.I called three different places and got very brief replies from each (I would have gotten more answers by paying first), but Trevor answered all of my questions precisely and listened to anything I had to say without any ulterior motives.I had all the solutions I required after our conversation was over.( I am dual citizen French and American )Merci beaucoup!

Can't recommend them enough! I had a trip planned and realized my passport was expired, and even with normal expedited service I wouldn't be able to renew it in time. I researched several companies, most of which didn't seem reputable and had sky-high prices. I'm so glad I went with Passport NOW. JP was incredibly helpful and thorough, walking me through every step and detail. (He even recommended a slightly less expensive package that would still ensure on-time arrival, which I appreciated). I had some trouble on the day I was set to mail in my application, and he made himself available all day to troubleshoot, answer questions, and make sure everything was sent through correctly. I got my new passport back even sooner than expected! If this is a service you need, highly recommend going with them.

My son had urgent travel plans to Jordan for a family emergency and realized his US passport had recently expired. Contacted a number of agencies that promised fast passport renewals and found a smorgasbord of questionable agencies who couldn't promise a passport in less than 10 days, and one who flat out lied and said she could do it in 24 hrs if we zelled or VenMo'd her cash in advance and also refused to give her location. Then we found Passport Now in West Hollywood and connected with Karen, the agent there, who answered our emergency call on a Sunday afternoon and walked my son through the process and even tracked the passport request and kept us in the loop on Fed Ex outbound and return delivery. It was enroute to us by Thurs and received Fri am, a day before his flight! I give the maximum stars to Karen of Passport Now. She was amazing and was a godsend to us.

I needed a passport for an upcoming trip and saw that the wait times would be very long... even with the expedited selection. Trevor worked with me from start to finish and made sure everything was good to go for my application. The price was a bit steep but I would gladly pay it again for the level of attention and service Trevor provided. I received my passport the exact week he predicted and was shocked to receive it back so soon. Definitely would recommend to all of my friends and family and will be passing on the word.

If I could give more than 5 starts I would. Amazing customer service and beyond excited my expectations for passport services. I need my passport in 12 days or less. Karen was so helpful and honest. She set me up with the correct paperwork to renew my passport and clear instructions. In less than 10 days I had my renewed passport in my hands ready for my trip. One other time I needed to rush a passport renewal, and that experience, working with a different service, was a nightmare. I had to spend a day at the local government authority at the very last minute and sweat it out, and I was not interested in a repeat here! I worked with Trevor at Passport Now this time around, and it was smooth sailing all the way.From the time I indicated that I wanted help to having the new passport in hand was a little over two weeks, exactly within the time frame I selected. This wasn't inexpensive, but it was worth the saved time and peace of mind to me to not fight with a terrible service. Trevor was so nice, and he laid out the steps I needed to take clearly and specifically at every turn. All I needed to do was follow the checklist and send out a Fed-Ex package with everything required. If you want to work with people who know what they're doing, are pleasant, responsive, and organized, and can take the headache out of a passport rush for you, then go with Passport Now. They are pros!
