Just had a great buying experience at Pacific Jewelry & Loans. I popped in one day, just to browse their upmarket watches. There was one that caught my eye, but I wasn’t prepared to spend the money on the spot. It was a no-pressure experience, but I did come back a few days later to make a deal. Tommy was the associate who helped me. He was friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions, and ended up giving me a very fair price. Tommy gives excellent customer service and I trust him. This shop is first class and I will definitely be back again. Conveniently located on Santa Monica in West Hollywood, across from Plummer Park.

My wife wanted to get me a Cartier Love Bracelet for our anniversary and we were amongst conversations with our SA at Cartier, had the size narrowed down etc.I saw online that Pacific Jewelry & Loans had a brand new Love Bracelet, in the size that we were looking for.Before even going in, we agreed upon a price, and I verified the serial number with my Cartier SA, who told me the purchase location and date of purchase, which all matched the Cartier certificate.I think the original owner bought the bracelet and must have gotten the wrong size, and missed their 30 day return window with Cartier.I am very happy with the bracelet and will definitely do business with them in the future.They have a large selection of Rolex and other high end designer jewelry and watches.Thanks again for the great deal on a brand new love bracelet!

10/10. By far the best pawn shop in all of Central LA and Hollywood. Top notch professional customer service.
