My bank (One West) was bought by this bank and OMG, the customer service is horrible. They are completely disorganized and a simple order of checks on the phone turned into a disaster. They did not deliver it as promised, so I had to pick them up, but the price quoted to me in the beginning turned into one 5 times higher, and they of course just deducted it from my checking balance without my prior approval. Nobody told me about the new price, it was a huge surprise when I checked my online statement. The clerk was completely unhelpful, the supervisor I asked for was conveniently "unavailable", everyone just washed their hands off of me without taking any responsibility or doing anything about it to make it right. Be very careful dealing with this bank, their practices are shady.

The branch I go , in West Hollywood,Ca is fantastic. Everyone is pretty professional and knowledgeable. But the new bank is a disaster. They did not train the new employees adequately. It too 3 1/2 days to get signed in to the online system. The back office on the 800 line were a bunch of idiots. Not trained, not knowledgeable, not professional. The person from Florida who cam to the branch was barely any better. Another 45 minutes in the bank when it could have /should have taken 5 minutes Charging customers $3.00 for making more than 2 withdrawals from a savings account. Ridiculous and offensive. I could go on and on but it just gets me aggravated.

Would give zero stars. HORRIFIC ordeal DEPOSITING funds!!! Who's ever heard of a bank that treats you like a criminal for bringing your money there!? I was depositing cash at one west that I had taken from a bank that had wanted to charge me for a cashiers check (no thanx, every dollar counts)... Normally banks are happy to receive a deposit. I understand that moving a larger amount of cash is going to trigger some questions, fine-- no big deal. So I wasn't surprised when one west asked me where it came from. However, after I told them, they continued to badger me relentlessly... ok, over the line but I'm still banking there. A while later, I deposited a cashiers check from my online bank account that I had previously closed. CLEARLY, VERY SUSPICIOUS. Obviously because a few weeks later I'm getting urgent emails and calls from one west bank with invasive, CIA interrogation questions that are NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS -- Erika, Leslie and a male associate who's name I didn't get, collectively fired off alarms and interrogated me, asking things like WHY I didn't deposit the bank check sooner -- I'm sorry WUT!? I don't owe you any explanation of my private decisions or circumstances. Um, that's what a current, VALID AND DATED check is for -- it's not up to condescending bank associates to arbitrarily decide what is a proper time frame for me to cash a check and I shouldn't have to give private details that are none of their business to satisfy their inappropriate curiosity about my life, in order to deposit a bank check. Welp, talk about out of the frying pan and into the fire -- from the lovely people at one west, after the barrage of invasive questions from their 'service' team and a threat /actual filing of a SAR report -- accusing me of making 'suspicious' deposits and their demanding ridiculously detailed and unmerited explanations after I gave them the above info, I am in the process of moving my money out of there and my new bank is having 'problems' getting my money transferred from one west... I don't feel safe with my money at one west. If you want to bank here, make sure you are comfortable with bankers using their position to get personal information they are not entitled to from you and making your life hell if you aren't intimidated by them.

They took down their bullet proof glass, which was wierd. But it made it more personal. However, I just went to get change, and the teller was so quick to push me to get an account with them.
