They didn't use my insurance (despite me giving them my info and my insurance being accepted) and I'm dealing with all these bills now. No number to reach directly, wait times are 1+ hours, and when I finally did access someone through the app, they never adjusted the bills. Huge headache to deal with them.

Don't believe the one star reviews on here. Clearly they've never been to a doctor before. One medical goes above and beyond when it comes to me and my needs. Always available for a chat 24/7 with their on demand doctors and if necessary same day bookings are never an issue. Whoever I see is always thorough in their evaluation and always takes the time needed to ensure I get the care I need in the moment.Seriously these are great people and anyone who says otherwise is lying.

I recently switched over to One Medical from Kaiser. My employer added the One Medical benefit as a part of our health plan. I'm so happy I switched. One Medical follows through as advertised - easy to book, quick appointments, easy to use app, welcoming staff, mental health resources, primary care that looks at your whole health, and beautiful offices. Jenny is my primary care and she is very sweet. I used to hate doing yearly physicals, but now it's something I look forward to going to because it feels good to be on top of my health and I genuinely feel like my PCP is just wanting the best for me. The front desk staff was extremely friendly as well as the nurses. Appointments started on time and I was in and out all within an hour. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely terrible service. Disrespectful. Gaslighting. You can never reach office staff- instead enjoy a centralized call center. One medical is about one thing: money. They hardly even have any MDs in their practice, mostly NPs. If you're looking to waste money, feel devalued as a patient, and have your concerns dismissed by an ever increasing corporate atmosphere: one medical is for you. If you don't want to get caught up in an agentic, cold, and profit driven "practice" avoid one medical and Patrick, at all costs. The latter is one of the worst doctors and administrators I've ever come across. Oh and enjoy the Amazon shills with 5 star "reviews."

I have been going to One Medical in Beverly Hills for several years seeing one the primary head MD's to which I had a great Doctor- patient relationship with. When he left I was lazy about going in and seeing other Doc's / N.P's. When i did go I found there was a One Medical on Sunset Blvd 5 minutes from my house. I went in and met Jenny. a N.P, who could not have been more focused, kind and on it. She helped me cure an ear problem, I had for some time, and set me up across the hall for blood work. I seriously had to ask her if she was an MD.! Two visits two weeks apart for several issues, under 40 minutes each time. No paperwork, no waiting,, no hassles. I know where I'll be going for any health issues or check ups and trust I'm in good hands. Thanks Jenny !

I made an appointment here today as the app showed this was the only location that had same day Covid testing and I have been exposed. My phone notified me and my family member notified me and symptoms I thought were an allergy now became an emergency to determine. I have fibromyalgia so knowing if I have Covid and what to do is quite serious. (Even though I'm vaccinated). The only appointment available was 20 minutes before the lab was to close. I arrived early but was wandering around the building connected to the garage as the directions in the app don't tell you how the garage is not connected to a totally separate out door entrance for the clinic. I arrive finally at the space, still early for my appointment. I'm the only one there. I explain to the guy at the desk, I have a Covid exposure and I have this appointment, and I didn't understand why I needed to see a doctor to get a Covid test. He says I don't and would I like to cancel the appointment. But then he hits me with a bunch of acronyms for testing types and doesn't tell me the distinction between them. Says I could have just walked in no appointment. I try to respond but he starts helping someone else who is walking out, even though we were in the middle of checking me in. I say look, your lab is closing in 30 mins just please check me in and let me get in there to get tested. The guy leaving seemed to agree he should finish with me, as he was already helping me when the guy sauntered out. I sit down and wait and the waiting room starts to fill up. Now it's 15 minutes into my appointment and the lab is closing in 15. I get it up and ask when will I be taken? He said I don't know. Then a guy who was checked after me is taken. Then another. I'm still waiting. It's now 7 minutes until the lab closes. I ask him again, what is going on? I was even early. I need these results today, I came all the way over for a rapid test. Finally someone takes me. The guy who takes me tells me there are no rapid tests at this location! I also ask why he took another gentleman before me since I had an appointment and was before the other guy (who just walked in no appointment). The doctor tells me- oh that guy was checked in before you! I was floored! The guy came in 2 people after me. I had been sitting there at least 12 minutes and the nasty front desk guy had not even checked me in. I go out and when I am checking out, I tell him- there are no rapid tests here and why did you check me in after the rest of the room? How irresponsible? I told you I was exposed to covid, and you let the room fill up! And you knew my concern was getting tested as fast as possible. His response- "you were yelling at me and I got flustered." I never yelled at this person. I asked him in a louder tone when he stopped attending to me if he could just please finish with me and get me in before the lab closes! He clearly chose to be punitive in nature and let me sit there nearly 30 minutes around other patients, waiting until the last possible minute. That person has no business working in healthcare, especially in a pandemic.

I love the ease of scheduling appointments with one medical. I really like this location the staff is very friendly, willing to answer all questions and they validate parking. I’ve seen a couple of the doctors here and both of them were great about making me feel comfortable and answering whatever questions I had.

Just had my first appointment with Jenny! So glad she is my new primary. It was so easy to schedule an appointment on their website/app. I was able to complete questionnaires and forms before my visit which made the checking in easy and I barely waited for my appointment. Jenny was prepared to discuss all my concerns. The visit was quick and painless and I truly felt Jenny addressed all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend One medical as your provider!

My husband and I lived in LA for about two years and visited this office frequently during that time. I have to say that the whole office staff was exceptional and we had nothing but an amazing experience. Since, I assume, people want a good doctor first of all, I will mention ours - Dr. Patrick Portiz. From the first time we met him, until we moved away, he was nothing but a great doctor, with a lot of experience - but first of all a good human, kind and compassionate.

I had scheduled an appointment over the phone three weeks ago and let the representative know that I needed my second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. 10 minutes prior to my appointment today I got a call and was informed that this facility does not administer COVID-19 vaccines. After taking time off work and driving for 40 minutes the person on the phone could not even help me schedule an appointment at a different location. I do not recommend One Medical.

Great Dr. but the worst billing department. They don’t return your calls or emails. They used the wrong billing code for lab work that took place in December 2020 and they still haven’t corrected it. They just say we are working on it. I cancelled my membership which sucks Bec they had amazing Doctors.

The membership structure is such a rip-off. They charge $200/year out-of-pocket as a membership fee for "additional services". I would hope they would use that fee to provide better patient-facing care. But it's actually worse. As a patient I already have to jump through so many hoops - outdated info on which dr is in-network and accepting patients, finding in-network doctors, verifying the doctors are good, actually calling the doctor's office and getting an appt. And now this club wants to add another paywall between me and the dr's office?! Healthcare is not a recreational club that I should have to pay membership fees to join

I said I didn't have insurance during the pandemic and was told no problem they won't charge me co-pays or the yearly fee. I then got collections notices for unpaid bills. Covid testing. I also wasn't feeling well and my doctor knowing I was uninsured due to COVID orderd stool tests. $1100. Of course it found nothing. now I'm in collections. One medical is a checkbox doctor office. I had the laziest physical he ever had last month. they just enriched themselves by ordering labs and billing my now intact insurance. If you want to be healthy look elsewhere. This is urgent care bad medicine with no focus on preventative care or cutting edge ideas. Anyone they refer you to generally isnt taking new patients or doesn't take your insurance. One Medical is no different than free services available online now. I don't get the point of keeping them. I'm a heart failure patient with cardiomyopathy and they kept promising I could soon get vaccinated though them but still can't. They gave the vaccine to wealthy client s and now are banned from giving it. Very disappointing but this is a publically traded company so you as a patient aren't who's important, it's their shareholders. Ask doctors and do research they are having trouble retaining doctors because they pay poorly. Uses car sales of medicine.

After writing a note to their admin team I received a call from CVS informing me that my prescription was ready for pick-up.
