Great moving experience! The team Misha, Ramazan, and Marat did an amazing job. Handled my stuff with care and efficiency. They were very polite and friendly too. I would highly recommend this moving company!

I tried using MovePro for my cross country move and they severely under quoted my move (70%), while still failing to pack all items on my inventory sheet. They clearly underquoted to get the job only to smack me with hidden fees down the road. If you want your move done right, I suggest going elsewhere. Update: After speaking with the managers of this business, I was dismissed and deemed not important. I truly hope nobody else has to deal with the level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care that I have.

Emmanuel and Aurelian were fantastic. Efficient, good humored, and all around great, even though we had a flight of stairs and it was over 90 degrees out which would have made me cranky! The driver Raphael was also really helpful.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! Super responsive, very professional, very careful with your things, very polite and just awesome all around.The whole process was super smooth. Found them via Yelp, along with a few other companies, but MovePro had the best prices and they were very responsive. It was really easy to schedule the move. I do want to mention, I scheduled my move about a month in advance.I provided them with all the necessary information for the move and they provided me with the detailed description of what are the rules and regulations, information on all the charges and the time window that worked for me.On the day of the move I received a text message from Isaak stating they were heading my way and the time they would arrive. Also, asked if that time still worked for me, which was very nice.We had Isaak and Maxim helping us move. They were very friendly and very professional. They loaded all of my things literally in 20 minutes and wrapped all the furniture and art pieces in blankets and plastic wrap. My move was almost 20 miles long. They have delivered and unloaded all of our things very carefully and there were no damages to anything at all. the whole process took about 3 hours.I highly recommend MovePro and will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all of my friends and family.Isaak and Maxim were awesome! Thank you, guys!!!

Pedro, Kanat, Almat and Isaac were my movers today. Isaac had communicated appropriately, came on time and started work promptly. The crew was very respectful of the pets and accommodated them well. They wore masks and seemed clean, which is great during the pandemic. Thank you crew for helping with our move today!

Renat and crew were professional, friendly, careful and efficient at moving our goods. They forgot to give back a key fob and Renat was very pro-active about returning it to me a couple of days later(I hadn't even noticed when he contacted me to return it).They wore masks for the entire move and were very pleasant to work with.Fully recommend.

Last Thursday we had the pleasure of working with Renet, Pedro, Miguel and Francisco and it was the best moving experience I have ever had. We've always had good moves with MovePro but this team specifically is one I would highly recommend. They were quick and efficient, they carefully packed everything and we had no issues at all. The thing I was most impressed by was that they were able to transport 2 cabinets i have that are 50 years old and on their last leg, i for sure thought they would break on this move, but this team made sure to carefully pack and transport them.Super friendly kind guys who worked hard and quickly and I am very grateful.

They were amazing! They arrived on time, and began working immediately. They moved all of our huge furniture through our apartments very narrow hallways without scratching or breaking anything. 10/10 would use them again + recommend to family and friends!
