I must say that this pharmacy is amazingly great!!! All the staff are so friendly and very very WELCOMING. They always make my day when I see all the wonderful ladies there. ♥️✨ They are fast with your prescriptions and answers your questions and concerns. This pharmacy is highly recommended and a GEM ?! Thank you Midwest pharmacy you guys rock!!

I thought this would be a great pharmacy. It is so convenient to my child's doctor. Had one prescription filled. So I tried again, I don't know what happened. I called my doctor and said they were out and was told I should ask for another type. So the first I Called was this pharmacist. we DO NOT HAVE I TOLD YOU. SO I ASKED FOR TWO OTHER brands. "NO WE DONT HAVE". So angry. I'm trying to give business but she lost it. Next.

Highly recommend, especially for those with complex medical issues. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I used this pharmacy while I was in daily treatment, as it was adjacent to my center, but moved closer to my home. I regret ever having taken this action, and am happy to be back.

I work for a physician and the patient requested that I call this pharmacy to see if they had a medication in stock before the doctor would electronically submit it because the patient Is having major surgery and did not want to be pharmacy hopping for the medication when I called a pharmacy technician by the name of Muriel was very rude to Me on the phone cut me off multiple times said that they didn't have the medication. I called back and spoke to the pharmacist which after being on hold for fornseveral minutes,I'm sure Muriel told him to tell me that the medication Percocet was not available and the pharmacist cut me off three times so I don't recommend this pharmacy very rude service We were planning on using this as a central pharmacy for our office. But now that I know what kind of service I will get I will never refer patients.

I love this place! May is an absolute angel.. I adore her! the pharmacists have my best interest at heart ALWAYS! I could go on and on but Rachel actually saved my life. She saw the medications I was taking and noted that they were very dangerous to take together. I owe her a huge debt of gratitude.

I called this pharmacy to see if they fill Adderall prescriptions, as there is a nationwide shortage and it is very hard to find right now. They would not give me any information over the phone. They insisted that I need to have my doctor call them because the information and my prescription are *confidential*.I then went through the process of having my doctor call them, only for them to let my doctor know that I live too far away to get my prescription filled. I live 0.6 miles away.I called again to get clarity and they would barely answer my questions.Overall really rude and condescending and inconsiderate.

I came to this pharmacy at 9 am it was closed . I was waiting until 9.30 and nobody came and nobody didn't answers the calls! I supposed to take prescribed medicine urgent . Pharmacy was closed and nobody was there! Never ever order prescribed medicine to this pharmacy if you want finally get it! Pharmacies like this should not be licensed and should be immediately closed !

I'm a cancer patient experiencing longer term pneumonitis, and have a severe cough that doesn't allow me to sleep. I've coughed so much that I've actually fractured a rib, and I'm not an old frail person. My doctors at Cedars Sinai have been monitoring my situation quite closely and have prescribed me a strong cough medicine to manage the symptoms. My main pharmacy, which is a CVS, often doesn't carry it, so I've been getting this cough medicine from Midwest, which is right by the hospital. They are cutting me off from my doctor prescribed cough medicine because apparently they're getting investigated by the DEA, and me only getting my cough medicine from Midwest sends a red flag to the DEA (I get the rest of my meds at CVS). I've also gotten grief from them in the past for filling the rest of my prescriptions at my home CVS instead of with them. They're covering their a** instead of actually trying to help patients. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. Shady, terrible people.

I have tried for MONTHS (since April) to get my prescription filled here after having it sent over from an associated plastic surgeon's office. I have been calling, and calling, and calling. Over a dozen calls. I was promised that my prescription would be ready "by Monday" twice; this never happened. I was promised a call back from the pharmacist when I finally just gave up and asked to have it shipped to me -- after providing ALL of my insurance information and contact information. Nobody has ever called me back almost a week later. Since April I have been blown off the entire time and finally just given up. If you're unable to fill a prescription (just a face cream!) for whatever reason PLEASE either hire additional staff to assist you or close your shop and decline new patients. I have been incredibly polite, patient and understanding because I get that sometimes life happens and there are outside reasons a business may have challenges with efficiency, but this is just ridiculous. This has been such a truly frustrating, unprofessional and overall unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I just want my facial cream...

I only write reviews when I get incredible service- when there's a sense of excellence - When people go beyond the call of duty and give you great service. So I was compelled to write this review for the people I feel like our family that's how much they care how attentive they are so fairly priced the whole team is wonderful they are especially after feeling like cattle on some of these big chains that have pharmacies in them -I am not going to name them but most of you know who they are. Midwest pharmacy and the team led by Muriel - who is the best pharmacist - ever always go the extra mile -really they actually care! they've got a loyal customer for life - I wouldn't want to go anywhere else I give them the highest recommendation.

This pharmacy participates in some kind of scheme with a Doctor Who runs an opiate pill mill, they fill all the prescriptions for him even the ones that are over prescribed. They have been reported to the California medical board as they almost killed me by filling prescriptions for Dr. David Bockoff giving patients who had minor back in trees doses the size is the cancer patients to take is completely immoral and irresponsible. If this Pharmacy continues to prescribe those prescriptions for that doctor, this pharmacy is going to be shut down by the state of California and it's going to be sued. There's been a huge crack down on opiate painkillers, the maker has been fined, you are a distributor and you have distributed too many to the point where you incapacitate people in conjunction with a Doctor Who is also being investigated. My suggestion is you stop filling prescriptions for that doctor before the pharmacy gets shut down by the state
