When you receive nice publicity in the media you will probably only be able to acquire a few valuable print copies. The team at LA Custom Frame has taken very good care of our precious hard copies during the framing process. We trust them. Friendly service and good suggestions. They gave me ample time to view choices and make decisions. Support this locally owned family run business.

They have a very nice and large selection of frames, were extremely helpful with helping us make decisions about the framing, and were very nice and professional. However, I would not recommend them for a permanent float mount. My photo ended up with a small indentation about the size of a fingerprint that was not fixable, but they apologized and gave a generous refund when I asked about it. I would just not recommend them for that type of framing if you have something valuable or sentimental.

All around great experience! I am new to custom framing. I went to Michael's last year to get my first two pieces custom framed and I was not very impressed, especially considering what I paid. I have since moved into an apartment down the street from LA Custom Framing, so I figured I would give it a try with several new pieces that are extremely special to me. The woman working was very friendly and and knowledgeable, was extremely patient as I debated matte sizes and frame options. I went in on a Monday and my frames were ready for pick-up that Friday-- extremely fast turnaround. I was blown away by the quality of the work. Both prints turned out even better than I had hoped. I paid the extra cost for the museum glass and am so happy that I did-- it's worth it. Pricing is reasonable considering the craftsmanship. I am now a loyal LA Custom Framing customer!
