The staff are quite friendly and helpful. We decided to redo the bathroom and vanity area. All products we purchased were Kohler made including the lights. Delivery from the purchase date to receipt was under 8 days. Highly recommend this office and the helpful staff there.

I'll tell you about my "Kohler experience." Made an appointment and showed up on time. Only one person was working and didn't acknowledge me when I walked in. Waited around for 15 min and went back to him, he said someone was on lunch and would help me in 10 minutes. Continued to wait totally ignored the whole time. After 30 min+ just left and was still ignored on the way out even though he clearly saw me leaving.

Will not be purchasing from them again. Ever. I ordered everything for a multi room remodel from Kohler's Beverly Blvd. store. The sales team in the store is knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought multiple sinks and plumbing fixtures from them. Upon installation, it was discovered that the main kitchen sink faucet was defective and leaked. Kohler refused to replace it. All they will cover is replacement parts, under their warranty, and then I have to pay to have a plumber take apart the brand new fixture and install what they send. I don't know if they are even sending correct replacement parts. They haven't seen the sink so are just going from my description of the leak. This is a very expensive fixture and I am stunned that they have so little regard for their customers and so little desire to stand behind their own quality of product. Neither the Center nor their warranty division can give me an estimate of how long it will take to get the parts. I'm just supposed to live without a working kitchen sink indefinitely. If I could, I'd return everything I bought from them and start over with Rohl, who had excellent customer service the one time I needed it. I will not be buying from Kohler again. Their products are beautiful. Their customer care is abysmal.

The Kohler Experience Center is a great place to see product "up close and personal". The vignettes really bring the product to life. A terrific place to bring clients, and Tobi is outstanding.

Recently purchased the smart Veil comfort high toilet from the Kohler West Hollywood showroom and I worked with Michael. He was super friendly, and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE on toilets and plumbing. I was glad to work with someone like Michael because I could trust I was in good hands since it was a very expensive purchase!

Working with Tobi Nierob at Kohler has been a wonderful experience. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable about product and always follows through on her word. Every time she said she would have an answer or quote by a certain time, she always kept her word. Have worked with many other high end showrooms in the area and working with Tobi has, by far, been the best experience as she is always happy to help. Truly recommend her and Kohler for a seamless and pleasant experience.

She has helped me place orders, but more importantly was super knowledgable about Kohler products and how they would fit in with each of my unique projects, as well as coordinate with existing pieces. I went to several home and bath places, and Tobi Nierob at Kohler was hands down the most helpful, accommodating, informative, honest person to deal with. I texted and called her more times than I can count, and each time she answered promptly, and answered every single concern and question I had. Even after my items were delivered, she called to check in and make sure everything was working and installed properly. Now if that isn’t customer service at its finest, I don’t know what is. I had a chip on my toilet and she quickly sent me a new one within 48 hours. That’s how amazing she is. She gets things done and FAST. Love her and our experience with Kohler. Everything from the first step to the last has been fabulous. Thank you Tobi for all your help and guidance through our remodel process, we couldn’t have done it without you!!!

Great customer service and beautiful decor of the store .My sales rep Michael Bird is very professional and knowledgeable.I only have one issue about return but it’s a great store when you build a house or redecorate your beautiful home .Hopefully , they can be more flexible for return as a customer point of view .

We purchased plumbing from Kohler for a renovation in Brentwood. Due to Covid and a subpar plumber, we ran into several plumbing issues. Tobi was incredible and extremely professional! She made sure we had everything we needed and responded right away. I will use this Kohler showroom because of Tobi on all my future projects!

This showroom has high quality, luxurious and all of the newest, most innovative products.Tobi, one of the representatives there goes above and beyond for her clients. I had the opportunity to be there on the past week at the Wine and Dine Event Kohler Experience. I can only say people in this showroom, they know how to do things right and they want to make sure they surpass their clients expectations. This is the place to go if you need high end finishes such as faucets, handles, toilets, and appliances for your house.
