My husband and I went to KEP to get custom tuxedos made for our wedding in April and truly had the most incredible experience. Miray was such a pleasure to collaborate with and she really made the process so fun and exciting. If you're looking for a well-made suit/tux as well as an overall fantastic experience, KEP is the way to go!

I made an order in July of 2023 and was told to expect a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. in October I was told there will be an additional 2-3 weeks before I can do a pickup. Every 2-3 weeks after August I called to ask for an update and was told it should be just another week or two. I was never told what the actual problem was or any ideas to fix it that might need my input. The selection of fabric and initial fitting both seemed to go well, however, none of that matters if there is no delivery or delivery is significantly delayed. Update based on a very late delivery: I got delivery mid November. There were multiple disappointing things that came out. 1) The reason for the delay was explained and it could have been explained to me much earlier and a potential change or solution could have resulted in a delivery that was just a week or two later than promised. 2) The single specific detail I asked for was done wrong and it was done wrong in a way that could not be fixed. I was told in the shop that it was ok - but upon consultation with another tailor they explained why the detail was wrong and why an alteration to get the detail as I desired was impossible.

Amazing experience working with Miray! I actually showed up on the wrong day but she squeezed me in anyway which I was so thankful for as I have a very tight schedule! I really needed a great fitting suit to have in my closet for upcoming weddings and events. I have a lot of trouble with off the rack and knew I needed a custom fit. Getting to work directly with the owner of KEP was such an incredible experience for my first made to measure suit! She helped me pick out the best color for my skin tone and helped design my suit to have some edge for my liking. She also made sure we hit all the right points of how and where I needed it to fit. When I tried my suit on for the first time I was blown away. I received so many compliments when I wore it recently at a wedding and I cannot wait to wear it to more events this year.

The owners don't seem to know how to run a retail establishment. It's a really awful look to have a $1000 minimum price point while visibly micromanaging your employee in front of a customer. Take some management seminars or something or maybe leave it to the people with retail experience. Embarrassing.
