Ordered a pair of shorts. They cancelled my order because they misread my address-it was correct as was. They told me to reorder but wouldn't give me another 15% off code that works. Absolute bullsh*t.

Went into the store to try on a sweater and just browse. The two staff were very unwelcoming and unhelpful. Felt like they were almost closed. Huge FedEx boxes everywhere I couldn't even walk through the store. One staff member was very huffy puffy when I asked for a sweater in a specific size.

Terrible customer service at Madison Avenue store. Overall terrible....So sorry I bought this. NEVER AGAINCardigan stretches so much. Cardigan is not worth the money.
