While visiting LA, my wife and I read an article proclaiming this as Hustler's flagship store and supposedly the best place for sex toys, lingerie, etc. in town. I could have found the same thing in the suburbs. It was an okay store but not at all worth the hype. Staff were attentive enough without being pushy. Can't help but wonder if we went to the wrong place.

Great store Nicole was super helpful! Got some lube and a massager for a friend...wink* wink*Customer service was on 100. Informative and helpful. My friend bought $200 worth of stuff. Nice restaurants and bars near by.

Decent selection of adult toys but the store and the setup is highly aimed at women. It’s got toys for boys butt mostly it’s pleasure for the female types.

The team was super welcoming and discrete. I felt totally comfortable shopping here and they have a great selection of toys along with shoes and clothing too. Definitely will be returning!

I went there yesterday and there were two coworkers that were a great help to me I honestly felt so comfortable talking to them and they were unlike any employees trying to just sell their items but they actually did get me what I want for the price that I want and it was perfect I thank them so dearly

I've been into the store a handful of times now. But, the last 2 visits I had were phenomenal I had Susie help me out both time and she was fantastic. I will be returning for sure. Such friendly faces and attitudes! Was having not so great of a day and went In today and the ladies helped change my mood around!

The Hispanic chick here is an absolute snot bitc* I will not be going back to this location ever again. She has an attitude and has 0 care about the customer or making a sale. I am going to have a guess and say she's a manager with her inflated sense of power that went with her s*** attitude ... It absolutely sucks because I love lingerie live up the street.

Great experience. It's been a while since I've stopped in Hollywood and the team didnt disappoint! They were helpful, supportive, fun, funny...we had a blast & I spent alot of money!! Until next time...

I've never seen so many outfits a plan to raise the store has tons of laundry and tons of toys to people behind the counter are excellent very nice and very Informative more than happy to assist you and answer any questions and they actually know about the products.

I bought a piece of lingerie from here and it broke when I went to try it on the next day. I contacted the store for a replacement (because it was $85) and they said there is nothing they can do about it and to contact the manufacturer. I then contacted the manufacturer and they sent me back to the store. They don't back the products they sell which are obviously cheap and overpriced. I don't recommend this store.
