I came here with my partner and was really confused by the 10+ person line heading out the door. Not because of the poorly designed interior the size of a 4 car garage, but because the dresses are very overpriced considering they’re made with fast fashion materials, and the patterns aren’t that cute. Why are y’all trippin so hard over this brand?But otherwise, the staff was helpful to my partner and a bit dismissive of me because I was the only guy in a dress store.

Store isn’t ran by the brightest people. Will make you wait in a line for 1 hour + with people looking to shop when I am just trying to RETURN something, NOT shop. Make that make sense? All I would be doing is returning at the register, 3 minute process, lmao. Some workers act like they have attitudes when they could easily find another job that doesn’t involve customer service.

Worst customer service i’ve EVER experienced. DO NOT shop here. Staff is extremely rude, arrogant, and does not honor their word. Blames you for imperfections on items that you never even put on and will try to gaslight you that you’re out of your return period to make a grimy profit.

The store is beautiful! But I would like to say the customer service is horrible! I am a store manager of a retailer here in California at century city mall , and I know how retail customer service should be especially in a establishment like this ! For my first time in the actual store I did not like it. I was not greeted as I walked into the store everyone was so busy with their tasks and did not bother to see if I needed help or any type of assistance. Customer service 0 out of 10 I will continue to shop online ! Hope you can get some better team that look and feel like they enjoy working in the store! It’s was such a Debbie downer vibe I was literally in and out because of the vibe I got.

I recently ordered a two-piece pants set and the shirt was defective- all of the buttons fell off! I paid the shipping costs to return both items as HoCB doesn’t provide pre-paid labels. I requested a full refund along with the shipping fee but was only refunded for the shirt! Customer service notified me that the items were on sale and I can’t be refunded for the pants. You would think they would make an EXCEPTION consideringthe set was purchased to be worn TOGETHER- not to mention that I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019. Most importantly, ‘Product Liability’ means the merchant is held liable, not the customer! One would think HoCB is struggling to make sales! It’s clear they don’t make a conscious effort to ensure every customer is treated the same they would treat 'celebrity' customers. I have never experienced this before with an American retailer, they don’t pull these stunts, they value their customers. This is the LAST time I purchase from HoCB.

Nicola provided the MOST AMAZING help today. Walked in needing a dress and she personally walked me through the entire store, giving me options and recommendations based on my wants/needs/body type/etc. absolutely incredible, walked out with the perfect dress. highly recommend!

Absolutely love this store! Feels special that it’s the only house of cb store and I’m able to try on clothes in person I wouldn’t normally be able to! Alexis in the fitting room helped me out so much, getting me into every dress with such kindness! Can’t wait to shop here again!

Stores amazing BUT not EVERYTHING. Almost all the dresses are $250-$290 even the ones made of cotton. Don’t get the plain white Lacey one that’s not going to last or be worth it get their silk corset dresses especially their maxi ones those are worth it they snatch you up they make you look like a celeb all body types will love it. Silk is worth it cotton is simply not worth the hefty price tag. These dresses are a staple in my wardrobe.
