Bolen designed and built both of my new websites, R Cohen Photographer and RCC Construction Services, and the process of working with him was a delight. Bolen not only focuses on the overall design and functionality of my sites to operate on all platforms, but most importantly, he brings a deep knowledge of how I could best present both of my businesses to my target audiences. I worked with Bolen at High Arte on a site for one of his clients. I think the best part of working with him is how he dives in to a project and learns as much as he can about his client, what their goals are, how their business works, their pain points, and how potential customers will find them. This is all research that he does before even writing a single line of code for a website.Having that much knowledge about his clients and their business really sets up for success the site he creates for them. I was very impressed with how he worked to become an expert in his client's business so that he could deliver the best product. And the client was thrilled.
