Just walked in ready to buy and was ignored. Son we walked out. Bad service by lazy workers. Went to Prada last night and was instantly greeted and welcomed- and bought something. Just saying...

Summary: Daddy Lorenzo your staff and team are lovely but your son and his loud mouth are costing you custom. Get him off the shop floor.
——
I was super excited to come back to LA and shop at H Lorenzo however unfortunately while browsing in the men’s store i was super distracted by the owners son who was on the phone in the store.
The whole time I was shopping he was having conversations on varying super gross topics including but not limited to
1- the coke he used to snort with his buddy back in the “powder days”, this was someone who was pitching stock to the store also. The minute this guy got off the phone to him he was talking about how the collection the guy was trying to sell to him was ugly and not what’s happening
2- a conversation about how his friend should go to the homeland to “fight the good fight” and other pretty politically sensitive and divisive stuff, in fact when I mentioned this to another shopper they shared that he’s known for going around the store making his political views very well known.
God bless America that you’re entitled to those views but they sure as heck cost you my pretty pennies.
3- rating women on the phone to his friend- he asked if I woman was a 10/10 because his mate only dates 10s and when someone proceeded to send him pictures of her he said they looked like “one of his moms friends before they got pregnant” and make other comments about they way she looked, my friend I have news for you. You are no oil painting. The hottest thing about you is that your daddy owns the store.
Some advice for Daddy Lorenzo, get your bratty son off the shop floor and into an office somewhere.
Your views on world politics, thoughts on women’s bodies and your history using drugs as an entitled nepo baby are his to have, but keep them off the shop floor and keep them off speaker phone.

My partner and I stopped by the men’s store first. Staff greeted us, were friendly, answered our questions and said goodbye when we left. The women’s store was totally the opposite, no greeting from the 3 employees there. They only followed us around and fixed and garments that we touched (I worked in retail and never leave the hangers or garments looking messy). We were in the store for about a half hour and not one word was said to us. One employee was on her phone. I don’t expect anyone to grovel or be super friendly, just say hello? 2 stars because the store is absolutely beautiful and so is the clothing.

Great place to shop for clothing, amazing selection of pieces service is great, workers are attentive. Everything is retail price, rarely any sales.

I went into the women’s store to buy an Ann Demeulemeester jacket but decided not to, seeing as I was ignored the whole time and then followed downstairs only to be stared at while I was looking through the racks. 3 staff working and not one of them smiled or asked me if I needed assistance. Same vibes as the shopping scene in Pretty Woman except the staff ignored me. Clearly they don’t care about making sales.

Best men's high fashion store in Los Angeles, probably on the entire west coast. Extremely unique pieces and fashion forward. There are many unique pieces here that can't be found anywhere else.

Perhaps the employees at this store don't speak English. Didn't hear any of them mutter a single word the whole time we were there, and my friend and I were the only customers in the store! Maybe management is cool with their corporate mouses freeing themselves from the shackles of a life in retail by allowing phone time while on the floor. I imagine they were looking up some things along the lines of "what do to with myself after I have become a disappointment to my entire family after moving to la to 'be somebody'?" The first step would be to clock out. I can't stand when a retail ho' thinks they're in the same tax bracket as a customer and has attitude. Next please.

Purchased a pair of shoes on sale from their website and had to exchange it for bigger size. They told me the bigger size is running out of stock and I can only get online credits because what I purchased is "on sale". Now I get stuck with the online credits as there is nothing else I would like to buy from their store.

The staff in the women's side is horrible. I went in wanting to have a fun, relaxing shopping experience and left feeling just awful. My boyfriend and I walk in head to toe in designer and they still followed us around the entire time. My boyfriend tried to ask one of the staff how their day was going and she completed ignored him. One of the staff started a fitting room for me and we went downstairs to look at the rest of the selection (which is subpar) and another staff girl walked downstairs and just stared at us. She didn't even say hello or offer to help, talk about the pieces, nothing. It was so uncomfortable. If you're going to stare at me the entire time, at least be helpful and help me shop!! They were so cold and rude it borderlined on mean. Do yourself a favor and don't ship here.

Meh store. Nothing amazing. It's better to shop designer directly. They have higher prices and a terrible return policy than the majority of the designers they sell.

Shopping here was worst experiences ever. Management is desperate for money and thus have terrible customer service and policies. Shop elsewhere! I do not recommend this store.

Great selection of designer mens items. They carry brands that are very hard to find. Unfortunately the owner doesn't seem to trust his sales associates. He is always hovering around anyone who looks like they might buy something and tries to "close" the sale. The problem is he's rude and unpleasant. I've never seen him smile. Today I tried on a $2,000 Issay Miyake blazer. They were out of my size. The sales person brought out a smaller size. The owner immediately popped over and told me how great it fit. I couldn't button it and the sleeves were an inch too short. I told him it was obviously too small. He said it looked great unbuttoned. Not only did he lose the sale, but he lost any future sales.
