I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. Despite the positive reviews, the service I received was far below my expectations. I requested a specific haircut for my dog, but without any consultation, they shaved him down and gave him a totally different haircut. They claimed it was due to matting, but I've taken him to other groomers who have managed to work with matted fur without resorting to shaving. Additionally, I was never informed beforehand that shaving would be necessary or that it would incur an extra charge...
To be charged $200 for a service I didn't request is unacceptable. While I chose not to discuss this issue wit the owner in detail, I definitely will not be returning here...

They got our dog groomed, but some details were overlooked and we had to fix him up ourselves once he was back. It was an acceptable job but not exceptional.

I have been coming to Groom over over two years. Suzie is fantastic and always takes care of our sweet puppy! She looks perfect every time and we know she’s in good hands when we drop her off wiht Suzie. Parking and location is easy too. Highly recommended.

Groom has the best talented groomers and daycare staff. They are following strict protocol during this respiratory virus time to protect our babies.I’ve been taking prince during this time without any issues and feel completely safe in doing so.Thank you for taking the extra steps to keep our babies safe.

Fantastic groomer. Always easy to work with and highly communicative. One appointment we had a family emergency and they arranged for overnight care for our pup and took such great care of him. They really go the extra mile for their customers both human and canine. Highly recommend!

there aren't enough good things to say about everyone at Groom, especially Kim and the owner Toni. We've been customers since they first opened in WeHo and we tell everyone we know how wonderful they are for dogs of all sizes and breeds. We couldn't be more grateful for every bath and deshed for our husky; even he looks forward to his monthly visits.
