“Best beds in the world! The sleep spa allows you the chance to lay on each type of bed before you purchase. And they give you excellent down slippers just to try them out. You spend 50k plus on a car you may drive for an hour a day but you sleep in your bed at least 8 hours every night.”
“This place has some of the most beautiful exotic lumber I’ve ever seen. Whoever is running this place and sourcing the wood really has a great eye. You can tell they really love what they do and it makes for a very cool shopping experience. Even if you’re not buying anything, it’s definitely worth coming in and looking around.”

“Walking into this store is really breathtaking, the flow of the designs on every square inch of the store at meticulously maintained. Reading the below reviews of poor customer service was not something that we whittnessed. Starting from the convenient valet parking right outside, to the associates who offered to help us, we were treated rather nicely. It was unfortunate though, that the entire living room collection in the sizes and colors we were interested in were severely back ordered, with 3-4 month wait periods. I suppose that is the norm these days.”
“Really enjoying our continued experience with Alfonso Montoya. We went into the store just as we were moving earlier this summer - purchased a Platner table. We needed the delivery to be delayed, this was a breeze to organize. Then we needed to order two ghost chairs, these arrived very quickly but one was missing and again Alfonso saved the day and is organizing the replacement of this one chair left behind. It turns out the quantity was just incorrectly entered on the invoice - simple mistake. Then we wanted the Platner Side Table so we contacted Alfonso again who made this a very easy process. I'm sorry to those of you who had a slightly bitter experience but we've had really great service and follow up.”
