Absolutely the worst customer service. I have been coming here for years and unfortunately this place has gotten worse and worse! Avoid this place like the plague, I rather drive a few miles further and not be treated like a piece of garbage!!! FedEx do better at training your employees and not mouthing off to paying customers!!

The worst phone service. Rude rude rude and after I asked the man a question the second time he HUNG UP on me!!! I called UPS and they were wonderful and gave me the best phone service. Do not waste your time with FedEX .. if they can be that rude over the phone and as a customer service representative of FedEx then why trust them with their shipping. It was a horrible experience. Use USPS or UPS

This is the BEST store ever!!! I go about 3-4 times a week and I have been for over 2 yrs and I ALWAYS receive the BEST service ever. The staff is friendly and helpful. Always an amazing experience. Please do not believe the negative reviews. That is coming from people who feel 'entitled' and do not like to wait a few minutes for service. I recommend this place....oh and there is always free parking right in front too!!!

I needed to print a mailing label from a screenshot and had no idea how. Lovely Diana walked me through the entire process and even taped the label on my package. I give her an A+. Fed Ex is lucky to have her.

This is my favorite place to go for all my printing needs. Michael is incredible. He’s so attentive and friendly and always gets the job done in graceful fashion. He’s so encouraging and really takes the time to connect with his customers. I’m so grateful for my interactions with him.

Not being familiar to shipping procedures in the US, I highly appreciated the help of your staff, namely your associate Shauiq. He's professional, efficient and friendly -and took care of it all for me. FedEx can be proud of such team members !

Malie is a life saver!! I had a huge order of diy signs I had made for my wedding (we're talking 10-15 signs) all different shapes and sizes, but I wanted them printed on foam boards. Aside from this I had created custom door signs for welcome bags, maps, name tags, table numbers, etc. Let's just say I had a very complicated order and from beginning to end I felt supported and taken care of. Malie was so kind and assisted me in every aspect. Whenever I emailed regarding questions or some addition to the order the response was quick and so nice. Finally when I came into the store to pickup my order Malie couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Malie made sure my entire order was there, helping me check through boxes and make sure it all looked correct. On top of all of this there was something on my order that I no longer needed (an easel) and when I called to get it taken off the receipt Malie immediately assisted again with the best attitude and highest level of customer service I've received in a very long time. Promote Malie to the highest level because WOW! I don't know what I would've done if I hadn't had this kind of help. I was so stressed about my wedding looking perfect and it was truly a dream experience because of Malie. Thank you thank you thank you is all I can say!

I had probably the WORST customer service experience of my life here today. I never post reviews but I feel compelled to because of how I was treated. I ordered prints for pick up same day and was not informed of the price before having it printed. I figured there would be a reasonable added fee, but nothing to the tune of a total of $400 for 100 color prints. After asking why and asking to speak to the manager, I was told "that's just because we charge extra for same day." I was then told that if I came tomorrow to get them, even though they were already finished and completed, I could pay less for them. PAY LESS TOMORROW FOR THE SAME THING THAT WAS SITTING THERE IN FRONT OF ME RIGHT NOW. There was no apology. There was no admission of wrongdoing of failing to inform me of the exorbitant rush fee. There was no compromise. They would rather waste the paper entirely than work with the customer to find a solution that seemed appropriate for all. I left without my order out of principal even through I really do need them tomorrow.
