“I've had many experiences with Quality electronics as well as specifically with their repair technician. I have had several speakers repaired, turntables modded, and an old slide projector cleaned and repaired - in addition to buying cdjs and a matching mixer from the storefront. Not to mention the great record selection in the side room. The current owner is extremely knowledgable about essentially all aspects of the store, and the kind of guy that will do a quick fix for free if the store is slow. Highly recommend for all sorts of electronic gear in LA.”

“I'm giving it 5 stars because everyone that works there is very knowledgeable. I don't always buy from Best Buy because they don't always have the best price but this time I did. I usually go there to get info but I had visited the Samsung booth for some info on my old phone and they had a special going and I ended up buying a new Galaxy S9+ with $300 off. Verizon only offered me 30 bucks for my phone my Best Buy was able to qualify me for an upgrade so I was quite happy about that and I'm loving my new phone. I'm not a fan of the $30 restocking fee if you return something but I understand.”
“The staff here is always friendly & always helpful. I enjoy chatting with them ( we talked politics when they had the red & blue Romney / Obama coffee cups). When I purchased a piece of fruit one time, the woman behind the counter washed it off for me and gave me a napkin with it. Very nice. They carry Alta Dena Milk in Half Gallons (the best) & have a good selection all around. You can still get the L.A. Times and many magazines here. Good 3 for a buck cookies, and good pre-made sandwiches too. Oh, thank heaven! ;)”

“I always walked by when I head to work, and the day I went in I was greeted by Gabriel and Diana. They gave me a tour of the products that they had available at the store, and I am interested in buying their headphones and earbuds in the future. They were both welcoming and well-informed of the speakers and the quality of the items they had at the store.”
