The CVS systems can't keep my credit card on file. They are hard to each on the phone.

This place is just the worst... been shopping here for years and pretty much since the pandemic the employees have been rude entitled and belligerent. When I go to use the coupons CVS emails to you half the time they don't show up when you're checking out at the self check out. This last time the coupon didn't show up I went up to the front to see if an employee could help. There was nobody at the front. I waited for about 10 minutes and finally the manager came up and started helping somebody else. After the manager was done helping someone else I asked him to help me and he said oh I'm closed.... I got irritated and asked why he couldn't help me and another employee showed up an older lady with pink hair who said we're underpaid and overworked I guess that being an excuse why there wasn't anybody upfront and why the manager couldn't help me then. I then asked who's going to help me and the manager said the lady with pink hair would. Being irritated, I lobbed the bag of skittles that I was trying to buy on the counter and the manager then said that I threw the skittles at her... I argued with him that I didn't throw the skittles at her and he turned to her and said, do you feel like he threw these at you and he's being aggressive literally looking for any ammo he could use to not help me with my problem... I then said fine I don't want the skittles and I'm gonna a review, the manager said oh, would you like my name for the review and I said yes. He kept saying he was going to give me his name and then didn't and I said F you. He then tells me to leave, and I said no I want your name, and there was a argument standoff with me wanting the managers name. The older lady with the pink hair then picks up the phone and I guess calls the cops... I won't be going back here.

If there was the possibility of rating this pharmacy with zero stars, I would do it without thinking! All the pharmacy and vaccine clerks are extremely rude and lazy! My last experience was having the displeasure of being served by a clerk who refused to provide my prescription because he did not want to verify my name on the system, even though I had shown my ID to him and he asked me to speak with someone else. Finally, the other clerk did exactly what he should have done: checked my ID and provided me with the meds! This kind of situation should not happen, no matter how empty the pharmacy is!

This review is not a reflection on the Minute Clinic as the doctors there are actually caring and understanding of our needs. The pharmacy, however, is by far the worst pharmacy I've had to go to. My little brother who was here due to having an allergic reaction on his skin and a terrible itch. The pharmacy took an entire hour to fill the prescription that the doctor had prescribed, letting my kid brother sit in agony pleading for relief. I understand that it may take a minute to fill the prescription, however it shouldn't take an hour for vital medication.

Ali, my checkout person, was absolutely amazing! He is the reason why I gave a perfect score. Despite my initial decline, he went above and beyond by walking me to my car and helping me with my heavy bags. His kindness and exceptional service make him a valuable asset to your company.!!

Hi. I love this pharmacy, however, I wanted to share my story of what happened to me in the parking garage next to this CVS pharmacy. One late night around 11:00pm during the 2nd or 3rd week of November of 2015, I walked off of the CVS Parking garage elevator (8491 Santa Monica Blvd), ground level. I walked to my car which was not very far from the elevator. There were just a few cars parked on this level as it was late at night. There was no one else on the elevator with me. There were no other people in the garage that were visable to me and I did not hear any noises typically made by people such as talking nor footsteps. The place appearted deserted. I walked fairly quickly from the elevator to my car. I unlocked the car and prompty got in. Shut the car door. Started my car while facing forward, so I could see through my windshield. No one was there. I then shifted the car into reverse in order to back out of the parking space. I was still looking forward until I turned my head toward the back of my car, just to make sure nothing was behind my car before I started to back out. When I turned my head back to looked forward, I was immediately startled to see a young man (probably in his 20s) right in front of my left headlight. The right side of his face was completely covered in blood. He was just standing still with no expression on his face. He was not asking for help or asking me to call 911. I was very scared. I started to back my car out of the parking spot and continually watched him as I did this, all the while he just stood still while staring at me or my car. I then turned away for no more than 2 seconds to shift my car into Drive and immediately looked back at him, but he was gone. He disappeared just as quickly as he had appeared moments earlier. I then thought of calling 911, but he was completely gone "in a flash". I am convinced he was a spirit (i.e., a ghost). If anyone has a similar story as mine in this parking garage, please post here.

I've been going her for a few years and have always been very happy. Very close, convenient, easy parking, nice staff and not a long wait to get through on the phone BUT and this is a BIG BUT...I am changing pharmacies asap. I dont feel safe there anymore. Too many times the elevator is broken and you have to take the stairs. Often there are homeless people sleeping there and even if nobody is there it stinks from pee and poo. I've told a few of the employees who say they will have security take care of it but they dont do anything. The last time I went there was a homeless man and homeless woman in a verbal fight (they were both mentally ill) and I was afraid to get to my car. I totally understand we have serious homeless situations here in WeHo but at least have security nearby and clean up the urine. I am very very sad to leave this place.

Because of the location this is my go to cvs. They always have "characters" outside and in their parking deck so it's hard to feel safe making a visit here. The pharmacy is a hit or a miss but most of the time it's a miss. Unfortunately their automated system is not always correct and they are regularly out of prescriptions. Calling to check on prescriptions doesn't always feel welcoming. Hopefully this can improve!

I recently moved to West Hollywood and initially had some problems getting a prescription refilled. However, every time I go in the staff is always helpful and friendly.

I never write reviews, but my experience at CVS needs one. This is my neighborhood CVS so I come in here a lot for the pharmacy with no issues. Today I stopped in after a hard workout and was experiencing an allergic reaction so I needed to quickly grab allergy medication to handle my reaction. All the self checkouts were taken so I walked up to the two cashiers just standing there talking. One of them asked for my cvs rewards card or phone number. My brain wasn't working so I just said I don't have one and no I don't want one, I just want to checkout. He proceeded to escort me to the self-checkout because "it affects our score". I couldn't believe it. Refusal to help me based on me not having a CVS rewards card on a day I really needed the help.

The customer service at this pharmacy is horrible. While there are a couple amazing employees, overall everyone seems miserable. It's considerably worse when the pharmacist Jill is there. Considering other reviews I've seen, and the fact that twice when I've mentioned to other CVS employees the "rude pharmacist " and they immediately knew who I was referencing, I'm surprised she's still there. She was on a leave for a while and the morale seemed so much better, but now that's she's back I've switched to Rite Aid. Everyone I know that's gone there has complained about her, she's even yelled at me for asking a question because she was "busy" in front of the long line of people after I had been waiting to ask for 20 minutes. Once back from leave, while less hostile, I've seen her cut people she knows from the back of the very long line even after the rest of us had been waiting for a very long time. Her aside, I once was told that they didn't have a prescription I needed and to go elsewhere, and then when I called and spoke to someone else they said it's easy to just order it in, which was really frustrating as I had already been inconvenienced trying to get it filled in store and the person I was working with was dismissive. Again, there have been some amazing employees, and I wish I knew there names, but one moved, and the other I haven't seen in a while.

Pharmacist here was a total dick. We needed to fill an Rx for Narco, he said they were out and refused to look up stock at other locations even though he's able to. Never getting prescriptions from here again.

Totally disjointed company. One department does not talk to the other. The people working there are nice but the system they are stuck in simply rots and kills patients. Every order meets error after error, until 5 weeks later you can finally get your medicine late. It's a comedy of errors. I am a physician and my son's life depends on infusions getting delivered timely by CVS Specialty. If I were not a physician and totally on top of the process, he would die, or relapse his condition. You really have to be VERY proactive when dealing with refills and renewals of authorizations, watching both the incompetent Caremark Pharmacy side and the equally incompetent Coram nursing side. Both are CVS sub-companies but they don't talk to each other. Give extra time for the comedy of errors. No one will care if you do NOT get medicine. No red flags will be raised. But heaven help you if you ask for medicine 1 day too early--- no no no no you are NOT allowed! The system is set up to promote illness. Finally we were assigned a single point of contact, a very nice person to help navigate. (Remember I am a physician-- imagine a non medical person and how lost they would be). It has been a little better since he was assigned to the case because now at least when errors occur I can reach out to him and he can try to help from the inside. But he only works 5 days a week, and the errors always happen on Fridays, so there's no resolution and 3 more days delay are built in. My son got a year of infusions from Walgreens home IV pharmacy and we never had ANY problems. However our insurance dictates we use CVS now. I cannot tell you how many dozens and dozens of hours I have spent for the past year just trying to get meds. It is not the fault of any single CVS employee-- they are all kind and competent enough in their tiny spheres of influence. But the CVS system is profoundly broken. Shame on CVS for their systemic problems.

I booked an appointment online and put in my insurance credentials ahead of time so there would be no issues. I arrive for my appointment and the male Dr. rudely informed me that my insurance was not accepted even though I put in my information ahead of time. I then asked if I could pay out of pocket without using my insurance and he again rudely told me no. I come online to leave a review and see this clinic has 2/5 star rating. I understand why. Hire Drs that actually have good customer service and want to help. Also, if an insurance isn't accepted reach out a head of time so customers don't waste their time and can make other arrangements.
