I discovered a CVS gift card in my wallet after organizing it, and on my most recent visit to this location, I'd actually forgotten I'd used it at all! I was updated on the amount, assisted with bringing my CVS card details current, returning items back to their homes on the shelf to reflect the amount I had to use, and treated with kindness.Great experience, highly recommend this location on your travels!

SOMEONE NEEDS TO CALL THE HEALTH INSPECTORS CAUSE THEY TELL EVERYONE THAT THE RESTROOM IS CLOSED IN A PHARMACY AND THEY PISS ALL OVER THE GARAGE INFECTING PEOPLE THROUGH THE GROUND. ITS WHAT THEY WANT, FOR YOU TO GET SICK WITH SOMETHING NEW

They are a laughable bunch at this pharmacy. These people definitely lied on their resume to get the job. Skip the “The Laugh Factory,” and head on over to this CVS for a circus like experience! You’ll see humans jumping through arbitrary hoops to accomplish nothing. They’ll have your stomaching hurting at how laughable and dysfunctional their performance is. Best of all it’s free as you’ll leave without your medication like I had to. Have a nice day my fellow citizens! Thanks for reading.

Raymond was very helpful and went above and beyond to look for an item in the back room that wasn’t on the floor. Most CVS workers will not make the effort to look, Raymond took his time and found my item. This man has outstanding customer service skills.

The employee who wears all black needs to stop following people around so uncomfortably. I have never felt more uncomfortable in a shopping situation, in my life

As a frequent customer, this is the worst CVS and probably retail store I ever visited. The bathroom has always been "closed" for months due to their homeless problem. Rude employees. Avoid this store at all costs.

Completely unhelpful. I am a nurse practitioner and I called this pharmacy to see whether or not I could work with them in order to help one of my patients acquire a certain medication. The person who I spoke to was extremely rude and unprofessional; I can't recall the last time I've had a worse customer service experience. This pharmacy did not have the medication (Linzess). She did tell me that she may be able to special order the medication for my patient but refused to tell me how long it may take to get in, how much it would cost the patient, or anything else at all. She refused to check her supplier's online database to see if the medication would be available for shipping or if it was backordered (I know that she has this ability because I've worked with many pharmacies). I asked if there was anyone else at the pharmacy who could help me; I was told that she was the person who does the purchasing and there was no one else to assist me with this matter. Throughout our entire call she used a tone that makes me think I was causing her the biggest inconvenience by trying to send my patient to her pharmacy.I ended up calling Walgreens; pharmacist there was kind and cooperative. They were able to tell me exactly when they could have the medication brought in as well as the exact out of pocket cost to the patient. CVS has been consistently giving me this type of customer service recently and it makes me think that there needs to be a radical change in the way that CVS decides to assess their potential hires. Sorry I tried to use your pharmacy, CVS. I'll be sure to avoid doing so in the future.

Terrible experience in this store today. For one the prices are hiked up. 2nd I wasn’t in the store more than 5 mins when one of the employees kept following myself and another black girl around. Pretended to be helping me with customer service but conveniently mentioned stealing twice in her interaction with me. A manager I assumed, wearing all black with a name that started with C. Do better. Every black girl you see wearing all black isn’t a thief. And NEWSFLASH this is LA , we carry canvas bags because we don’t want to pay for bags, not because we want to steal. Will not be returning.

As a tourist to the US I visited a few CVS stores in different cities. This one was by far the worst. Rude staff, often empty stock, disorganized store with boxes and trash lying around. Useless self serve checkouts. I had a problem and the assistance light went on. NO-ONE came to assist! How long was I supposed to stand there for? Until I turned into a skeleton? I had to hunt down a person to help, who was quite rude like I was interrupting her. What a sad embarrassment, and a sharp contrast to the great staff at a CVS I went to in Vegas. It was annoying because this store was closest to my hotel. Just shut the place down, get rid of the negative staff and start over again.

A young lady offered me assistance, without asking her for help. A man happily gave me a price for a product with much courtesy a man at the self service register helped with a smile and the security guard wished me a good day. What more could you ask for. Staff are always pleasant when I visit the store. I always enjoy visiting this store and exploring the different products and gift ideas.

Horrible pharmacy! True and thankfully they’re not my usual pharmacy but I needed to start insulin and my usual pharmacy was not open. When I picked up the insulin they did not ask me if I had ever used it before, if I knew how to use it, inject myself, etc. That was minor considering when I got home I realized they did not give me needles, they did not ask me if I need needles!!!Their attitude was one of indifference. No apologies and they tried make it my fault!Having ever use this product how would I know that needles were separate. That I had to ask for them?!And then they tried to tell me I didn’t get them because my doctor an order them! These are insulin pens and the needles are part of the same prescription, you do not a separate prescription (I’ve learned or confirmed all this in the last couple of days)So rude ! Such incompetence !

The customer service at this pharmacy is horrible. While there are a couple amazing employees, overall everyone seems miserable. It’s considerably worse when the pharmacist Jill is there. Considering other reviews I’ve seen, and the fact that twice when I’ve mentioned to other CVS employees the “rude pharmacist “ and they immediately knew who I was referencing, I’m surprised she’s still there. She was on a leave for a while and the morale seemed so much better, but now that’s she’s back I’ve switched to Rite Aid. Everyone I know that’s gone there has complained about her, she’s even yelled at me for asking a question because she was “busy” in front of the long line of people after I had been waiting to ask for 20 minutes. Once back from leave, while less hostile, I’ve seen her cut people she knows from the back of the very long line even after the rest of us had been waiting for a very long time. Her aside, I once was told that they didn’t have a prescription I needed and to go elsewhere, and then when I called and spoke to someone else they said it’s easy to just order it in, which was really frustrating as I had already been inconvenienced trying to get it filled in store and the person I was working with was dismissive. Again, there have been some amazing employees, and I wish I knew there names, but one moved, and the other I haven’t seen in a while.
