Vicky followed up with me from the time the order was placed until the time I received the order. There was a little issue with the sizing, which she fixed right-away. She was a pro! Vicky's excellent customer service has gained a repeat customer, not to mention that the quality of the clothes & shoes is superb.”
“Though the jeans are kind of the coolest and on point that you can find, continuing a legacy of what Levi's does best, what I instead wanted to review is the customer service. Customer service is a lost art, especially in the age of online shopping. Natalie, was really great to deal with. She solved an issue, by doing justice to the store's policy, but also being fair to the customer. She problem solved and was kind and professional in doing so and went a step further to make it work for everyone. (Do note that the exchange/return policy here is pretty stringent and make sure you work within those when eyeing a beautiful pair of jeans. ) Natalie's knowledge of her products is above and beyond. I was helping a friend who is in her 80s and very stylish & elegant, to find a pair of jeans that would fit her well, & serve as a classic chic go to pair. The information and sizing, and description I gave , was matched perfectly with a new style that Natalie said was her current favorite at the store, and my friend now has a perfect easy to grab modern pair of jeans to rely on now.”

“What an beautiful boutique! I stumbled upon this gem and my credit card remains melted, lol! Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and clean store, they offered us bottled water or champagne as we shopped. Also, it was really refreshing that they were very honest about the clothing and what did or did not look good on us, it wasn't a "sales for the sake of the sale" environment. I wasn't pressured into purchasing anything but rather assisted in making great decisions to elevate my wardrobe and freshen it up. Can't wait to come back to this gem!”

“I have been coming here for years and have always liked the clothes. I like that the men's clothes have a hint of European accents and there is a variety to choose from depending on what fashion mood you are in. The owner was extremely kind and even charged my phone for me while I shopped. Once I was finished I spoke with the owner and we had a great conversation. I would recommend this place especially if you are looking for an outfit to go out in while you are in West Hollywood.”
“I came here with my partner and was really confused by the 10+ person line heading out the door. Not because of the poorly designed interior the size of a 4 car garage, but because the dresses are very overpriced considering they’re made with fast fashion materials, and the patterns aren’t that cute. Why are y’all trippin so hard over this brand?But otherwise, the staff was helpful to my partner and a bit dismissive of me because I was the only guy in a dress store.”

I visited around 3pm on a Wednesday and there was no wait.

“Lots of stuff to browse on the racks, but stock was pretty limited when I visited. Staff will check in with you maybe once or twice but are pretty hands off otherwise. They have blank tees that you can try on for sizing.”
“The staff were engaging and super helpful. The design of the store is beautiful and the clothing they have are displayed thoughtfully and arranged in ways that easy to find. The outdoor garden area on the side is so peaceful. The only thing that would make it nicer is to have a couple of chairs out there for a moment to sit and have a breath of fresh air.”

“I’ve lived in this neighborhood my whole life and have been shopping here forever. It’s the best! Wendy always has the best selection and Lauren has amazing taste. Most of my wardrobe is from this store. Great mix of vintage and new stuff and amazing party dresses - I bought dresses from here for every high school dance and I continue to buy gorgeous dresses in my 20s!”
