Absolutely horrible. Rude staff, long wait, made false claims and were irritated to do a smog check. Do NOT bother to use them… they are the worst..they charged me for the smog check, returned my paperwork and then they said my car’s computer was not “syncing” and I would have to come back on Monday. On Monday, I came back and the person whom performed the prior smog check pretended he was not the “smog guy”… and said the “smog guy”.. was not in..when I stated he was the “smog guy”.. he told me that he was not going to do it. They ripped me off for the first smog check… I went to another vendor… the car passed. There was no computer issue..

Four weeks ago I took in my mini Cooper in the engine was shaking and the car was misfiring. After being charged $800 to replace spark plugs and gaskets, supposedly it was fixed. After only three weeks since they serviced the vehicle, my engine failed. The same thing started happening again on the freeway as I was driving it’s a miracle I didn’t crash. After spending $250 to tow it to them they tell me now I have blown one of my cylinders valve, and this is work they do not perform there. Sorry we can’t help you. Lol. I can’t help but wonder why this wasn’t predicted in advance when only three weeks ago I had taken them the car to have it serviced and checked and according to them, they had “fixed it.” It was still driving funny after I left but I thought they know what they’re doing. I feel some of the responsibility should be on them for not taking extra measurements from letting such a thing happen. After spending another $150 to tow it to another shop (my family friends) I’m now paying 3K for an engine rebuild. And that’s a family discount. If this is something you don’t do how were you ever going to catch it to begin with and why even service for it? Why charge me almost $800 to replace gaskets and spark plugs if as a professional you claim to be due to experience you might have predicted the cylinder can blow and recommend taking it to an engine specialist from the very beginning? I Will never trust them again. Thanks for nothing.

Julio told me inspection is $105 per hour and he said it only takes an hour. I accepted. Before inspection he tried to charge me over double. I asked why? and he got angry and told me to take my car to dealer. He was so rude. I don't recommend this service. Don't waste time and money!!!

Literally got here at 7 am sharp just to get an oil change and was told by the white old male that is always rude and angry for no reason that they're to busy with literally no cars in the lot. Never had a mechanic refuse me service EVER !!. And if could give 0 stars I definitely would.

Drove around for 5 hours trying to find a place that can plug a screw hole in my tire. Pep Boys and Just tires only patch and this could not be patched. And the waits were 2 hrs min. Everyone wanted to sell me a tire. A friend said, oh, go to the Chevron on La Cienega and Holloway. They’ll take care of it in 5 mins. In less than 3 mins Alfredo had my tire plugged (without removal) and I was on my way. Such a delight and could not have been nicer.
