I actually had quite a different interaction at this location today compared to many of the other reviews. I received a fraud alert on my debit card. So, my card was cancelled. I went in and asked a personal banker (didn't get his name) if I could get a temporary card. He was very professional and nice. I recently just changed wallets and had mistakenly put my expired id in there. So, I was unable to withdraw cash. However, Marco, the teller was quite understanding and helped me with an alternative solution. So, I hate to disappoint all the negative reviewers. But I had a great customer service experience and I'd give Marco 10 stars if I could.

Super uncomfortable that the first question asked when you walk up is “are you a us citizen?” What do I look like? Also get off your phones and actually do some work!

I come by from time to time & it’s a very well kept, clean place. Everyone seems nice except every time I come, from time to time, I get this older Asian lady. She’s very rude & sarcastic & gives you looks like you’re beneath her & she doesn’t really wanna talk to you. Rolling her eyes like she’s tired of talking to you. Not sure what her deal is, or if she thinks she’s something she’s not, but she should tone down the attitude when dealing with customers. First time I noticed, I thought she was just having a bad day, but she seems to be this way every time I see her working with others & myself. You work at a Bank, humble yourself & that attitude. I’ll keep you in prayer, because I’m almost 100% sure, you’re in your 40’s & single. Not my fault. Find a different career if you’re not happy here. I’m just trying to make a deposit & get a money order. Smh.

While most of there banking staff are really nice they have a newish security guard who speaks broken english and talks to me like Im a criminal cuz I walk in with a skateboard...in Southern California. This is the epitome of irony.

This bank has barely improved over the years... If not the opposite. The customer service quality has its pro's and con's. On the one hand, out of 4 teller windows -- only 1-2 tellers are usually available (sometimes the 3rd windows would open up), but still -- the wait time for a teller is oftentimes excessive; there is an obvious lack of customer care. On the other hand, the tellers are doing an outstanding job, they are professional, efficient, and courteous (that's why I'm giving 2 stars, rather than 1 star). But what's made this place degrade a bit, - is the inside music that's a bit too loud. This is a bank! (not an adult bar) -- There's no need to force loud music into your customers. Definitely, much room for improvement. Thank you.

Very bad reception. I went to open an account because I need it, I took all my documentation but they gave me an appointment for two weeks from now. Other banks open an account in a little longer.
