I drive a 2018 Audi A4 in navy blue that I bought ~gently~ used. I never really noticed up until recently that my car had those little swirl scratches in the clear coat. It must've been from the previous owner taking it through an automated car wash....They aren't super noticeable when I have it parked in my parking garage, but any time I looked at it in the direct sunlight, those scratches were all I could see. Anyways, my car was absolutely filthy with bird droppings, tree sap, and water marks after I had it parked under a tree at a friends house for a few days. I've had some poor luck with other hand wash places around LA - I always felt they didn't do a great job for the amount of money I was paying. This was NOT the case with Bubbe's. First of all, the customer service is phenomenal. I spoke to Josh (the owner) to schedule my appointment, and he was so kind and helpful. He answered all my questions over the phone, and quoted me $52.99 for an exterior wash/detail, and interior steam/detail. I was honestly shocked at what an awesome deal this is. And the best part is, THEY COME TO YOU. I scheduled my appointment for 9:30am, and Andre (the gentlemen who washed my car), was here right on time. He was super nice, personable, and got my car washed in about an hour. When I tell you I was starstruck seeing my car when he was finished with it, I mean it. All those swirl scratches I was talking about? Gone. I don't know if it was the type of wax he used or what, but my car looks better now then it did the day I bought it. And the interior looks amazing. He steamed all the carpets, and thoroughly cleaned every single crevice in my car. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don't mess around with anyone else. Bubbe's is TOP NOTCH.

Not great. They didn't bother vacuuming out the trunk. My windows were never dried properly and left streak marks all on the inside and outside. Windshield looked worse upon leaving. I kept asking them to dry the back window but they only had wet microfiber towels that just seemed to rub the water around. Not worth the $50

Well, they did a good job, but never opened my trunk. They took much more time than originally stated, and on the phone, owner told me he would pay for the parking garage fee. (they are in the bowels of a tall building on Sunset Blvd). They validated my parking ticket, but it was not good for what the fee was. Anyway, it was a messy situation, but thank goodness someone from parking was there and he took care of it. Good thing I knew the owner's name!

I've gone to Bubbe's several times now, and while they are pricey (to me) they do a great job. The reason I'm writing this review is due to my most recent experience. Long and boring story short: I was intially unhappy with the job they did, but they made it right in a big way. After I got the original (unsatisfactory) work done, I contacted Josh, and showed him some photos. Without hesitation or questions he apologized and told me to come back and they'd do the job to my satisfaction. And they exceeded my expectations. Andre did a fantastic job. Everyone makes mistakes, or sometimes slips up. But it's the sign of a quality organization that works to make up for it. Thanks Bubbe's, ya got a customer for life.

Got my car washed while I was working out and it's one of the best car wash I've ever had. Customer service is amazing and I love that they don't waste water especially during these times. GREAT PLACE!

So happy this place is back open after everything . So convenient to go to the gym and get my workout in while these lovely guys make my car look like new. Won't let anyone else touch my car. Support your local business if you can they need it .

I was hesitant to get my car washed at Bubbe's because the price was higher than the previous car wash I used. The owner kindly gifted me with a free car wash at the West Hollywood location under Equinox gym...and when I saw how clean my car was after the wash (both inside and out) I became a regular customer. I was ASTONISHED! Lionel was the kind and thoughtful attendant who cleaned it so beautiful. He cleaned the inside out so well... I was so happy. I have a toddler and he EVEN TOOK THE CAR SEAT OUT cleaned where it had been and then INSTALLED IT BACK IN. Lionel went above and beyond and I was so surprised and grateful. If you have little ones then you KNOW under their car seats are always all kinds of mess. He cleaned ALL of it. Because he SO THROUGHLY cleaned my car and took the car seat out to clean the back seat better I went back and have continued to do so. The price is WELL worth it because he really cleans the inside! Also its very convenient because I drop it off and have it washed while I work out at Equinox. They do get busy some times and there might be a wait but if you scheduled it around the time you're doing something in the area its a win win. Thank you Josh and Lionel I am loving my clean vehicle.

I tried to schedule a car wash with them. Called, no answer. I see on their website they offer text messaging, so I send a message asking if I can come in that afternoon to get a wash. No response. I send more info: the kind of wash I'm interested in, the kind of car I have. Still no answer. I send a THIRD message saying I'm only 10 min away, I want the $150 wash not including tax or tip, and to please let me know when they can. They finally reply, with just one word: "Tomorrow". I said okay, what time then? Are you sure you can't squeeze me in today? And they never replied. If you're going to offer text messaging then at least be professional and REPLY to your CUSTOMERS. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to cough up nearly $200 for a detail package to see what their actual service is like- although, it seems like I've dodged a bullet considering the customer service I'd received. When there are fifteen car washes per block and I can find a service for half the price on Groupon if I want to, you need to learn how to offer customer service. No, I do not recommend Bubbe's.

Long time customer here. I've been using Bubbe's for a while, starting not too long after I first saw their ad a few years back. They have been consistently providing AMAZING service, so they've made a life long repeat customer out of me. Added benefit: they use about a gallon of water or less per wash, they are the most eco-friendly car wash I can find in all of LA! I've used both their mobile service where they came to my house and washed both cars and their in person location in West Hollywood. Both have been top notch. Making an appointment was super easy and convenient, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have a Tesla, which requires specialized methods of washing so it doesn't mess up the paint. No concerns with my car in their hands, it comes back spotless every time! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I bought a top-of-the-line car wash, which is supposed to include the application of tire shine and protectant, but only a small patch on each tire was lucky enough to get squirted. Sure, the car wash looks fun and modern. It even gives the impression of reliability. But appearances are deceiving. They should put more time into making sure their machines do what they're supposed to do. For the results and quality I got, I'd say their prices are high compared to other automated car washes I've used.
