It’s a great store but the staffing needs work. 20 minutes wait at the deli for one butcher when others are standing around. I get that some work in the bakery or sandwich area, but actual deli staff avoid helping until the line is 4-5 people long for one butcher. Then you still have to wait for your items once you order which naturally takes more time. It used to be worse at the meat counter where they all run to the back when you approach, but it’s since gotten a bit better. The rest of the store is a breeze but I hate waiting at the counters. It can be a 40 minute wait for 2 counters even when the store is empty at 7am.

Always love this location of Bristol Farms. Every employee is friendly and helpful. Great selection. Even when you can find something, they give you substitutions or recommend an alternate retailer. Top notch.

Lots of interesting foods that you don't find at your average grocery store. They have the largest shrimp I've ever seen! Bakery items are extensive as are the hot foods bars and salads. Frozen foods are unique, but not comprehensive. It's a fun place to shop where they offer free wine samples, similar to Erewhon. Like and follow for more great reviews!

A charming store but often there are expired products for sale and sometimes the staff seem very tense or in disarray in a public/ obvious way. The pie is nice...

This is the first time I utilize Yelp for evaluating an establishment, this should give you an idea about the experience I had today. Despite my regular patronage at the WeHo location, I am disheartened by the way in which one of the managers handled a discomforting situation. As I waited to pay for my groceries, having been encouraged by a courteous staff member to do so, the manager proceeds to remove me from the line and brings another group of people to cut in front of me without addressing the issue as if my experience and business didn't matter. The issue was not merely the queue-jumping; it was the subtly hostile attitude that establishments like this one continue to harbor toward people of color. I recommend imparting training to your managers to treat individuals with respect and integrity. His actions not only discomforted me but also the other customers present. It's unfortunate that the customer behind me apologized for his actions as we both felt the dismissive and racist undertone of his actions.

Reviewing for the amazing cookie! It's definitely a 10/10. Took a star off for 2 reasons 1) the gentlemen servicing the cookie counter, clearly did not like his job. I was helped by an another lady who was very nice. 2) parking lot is a bit cramped. Worth the struggles for the amazing cookie!!!

It's pricey but the hot food is some of the best you'll ever eat. I would say it's better than most restaurants. As for the market aspect , they have many items that you won't find elsewhere everything looks great and picture perfect but you're definitely gonna have to come out the pocket to pay for it , it's not cheap

Yes, it's a little on the pricey side. Then again, you could go to some fast food places in LA and pay the same or more for a nasty, stale sandwich made with mystery meat. The food here is actually good. On my visit , I had the brisket sandwich from the deli and it was awesome. Being from Texas, I am a little picky about my brisket. This particular barbecue was fresh, fork-tender, and well-seasoned. They gave me a generous portion too, so that for $12.99 I felt like I got something substantial. I noticed they also had a large selection of sushi, so I will try that next time I visit. Their produce section is small, but organized and clean. It looked as if they try hard to stock locally grown fruits and veggies whenever possible. While I would go broke buying all my daily needs at this store, it's perfect for a quick picnic lunch, coffee (their coffee bar was excellent) or to get some of the more exotic items you might need for meal prep. All the employees I met were polite, respectful, and helpful. Bonus points for not having a homeless encampment in the parking lot.

I had a real pleasure to being served by the assistant manager Vik on passed Saturday. I would really like to pay a compliment to his professional assistance. As well as I wanted to mention his amazing, kind and very polite personality. And a wonderful attention to buyer's needs! A+++

As a frequent visitor to your store, I recently came across something exciting in an Instagram influencer's post - the FUN Sesame Tahini Dip. It's been receiving rave reviews, and now I'm really eager to give it a try! Is there a possibility of having this fantastic dip available at your store soon? It would make a delicious addition to my shopping list. You can find more information about their product on www.funsesames.com. It would be great if you could consider incorporating it into your deli lineup. Thank you for your time!

Maybe turn on your hot press when you start your shift so I don’t have to wait half an hour for a not so done panini I regretted ordering.

I have eaten there the last three nights while on business in LA. The Deli clerk was super rude and wouldn't refill the utensils and instructed me to go up front to get a fork. Why have a dispensary if you refuse to refill it? The eating area was just this side of disgusting. It hadn't been cleaned for most of the day it seemed. I had another incident with another Deli clerk a different night. He was non-verbal when I asked if I pay up front first. He merely pointed toward the front. I was appalled. With the inflated prices of a wanna be Whole Foods, you'd think they would take better care of the place and require their employees to be more accommodating.
