Walking through this store is an absolute dream. Must have stayed here over an hour admiring all of the pieces. Came in specifically to check out a desk I had been eyeing online. So glad we saw it in person because we decided it might be impractical for us when we tested it out. Fell in love with a sleek grey desk lamp that was on display but the color we wanted is backordered for several months. The associate says we have option to cancel before it ships out so that's nice. Shipping is pretty expensive so be sure to come in person to make sure you love the product. Cool framed photos of initial furniture design plans flanking the hallway to the bathroom. Bathroom was also very nice. Has own dedicated small parking lot.

We spent $14,000 on furniture at Blu Dot in LA less than 3 years ago. A "One Night Stand" sofabed we paid $1999 for has a majkr spring problem. Blu Dot says they guarantee for only one year but they'd give us 20% off on a new sofa (now priced ar $2199. That would mean we'd have about $3700 invested in a sofa now selling for $2199 with no guarantee it wouldn't fall apart too. Blu Dot headquarters has not responded to a letter. Pretty shoddy customer service. Our sofa was slept on once as a bed and used as a sofa (by one person weighing 157 pounds) for an hour or two most days. So be careful on what you buy at Blu Dot. Any problem and you're on your own.

We ordered a chair, an ottoman and a side table from Blue Dot, all arrived on time and were delivered nicely. Unfortunately, the chair's cushions were not what they looked like in the store—all wrinkly and didn't hold shape at all, even after we gave them ample time to fluff up. For a $2000 chair that's quite unacceptable so we had to return it and face a 10% restocking fee for what seemed like a faulty product.We kept the Swole Small Table but now I wish we didn't—the table is not even level and scratches extremely easily.All in all based on the quality of furniture I most certainly won't purchase from Blue Dot again, but it's worth noting that the customer service and shopping experience were both very pleasant.

Ordered a Sunday sectional online and the experience has been horrible. When we originally placed our order, the website said it would be in stock 12/15/21 (we ordered a couple months prior to this date). We received NO communication afterwards that there were any delays. Their website tracking capabilities stink (they do not update). We called in early December to check the status and had to leave a message - did this twice - with no response. Then we called again and were told it would be "in stock" the 15th of December, but would then take 10-15 days to ship and another 5-7 for delivery. No further communication was ever shared. On December 27 and 28, we called, left messages and no one replied. Then on the 29th we called and were told it would now be available on February 2nd. Blu Dot has terrible customer service, terrible responses, and the tracking and delivery dates are all wrong. Considering cancelling, and will definitely never place an order with them again.

Bad experience with trying to get delivery right. Wrong address, despite giving them the right delivery address. No accountability or timeliness for correcting the orders, or even an apology for getting it wrong multiple times. It's weeks past what should have been the delivery date and I have nothing. Will not be shopping here again.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Blu Dot. I'm writing to give a huge shout out to Jonathan Laguna who helped me with several purchases during Blu Dot's October sale, and more recently, with some small holiday gifts (trays and baskets). From point A to point End, his communication was superb. Jonathan also helped me select a rug that would be easy to clean -- we have two dogs and some rugs trap their fur -- and I've LOVED it! I also purchased a new Nook Bed -- bought one 10+ years ago and loved it so much, I wanted a replacement -- and the Lid Bed. The arched headboard is beautiful in our 1933 Spanish. Thanks Blu Dot LA. I'll be back.

Sooo helpful and chic! Cozy yet sophisticated furniture with plenty of great textures and colors to work with. Delivery required (unless you can get to Minnesota) but likely worth it for the masterfully curated designs. Get into it!

Awesome browsing experience today. Per website, they're asking for appointments so I made one but I think if you just strolled in you wouldn't be turned away (more for Covid control). This was my first time in the showroom - wow everything looks much better in person (which it already looks bomb online hehe). Very impressed at quality for the price point, especially their rugs! Super customer service too - shout to Jonathan for helping me! FYI everything has to be ordered and there is no stock at the showroom so be prepared to wait a week or two, but it's totally worth it. Right now they have 20% off sale on everything through Oct 25 soooo...hurry! Thank you for a fun shopping experience! Def have a lot of pieces to consider!!!

worst customer service ever. we purchased over 10,000 dollars worth of furniture. One sofa piece wouldn't fit in the elevator. They wanted to charge an additional 600 dollars for hoisting the furniture two floors. On top of that they said if there was any damage to the furniture they wouldn't be responsible and wouldn't fit their warranty claim. so then who is supposed to take responsibility. our other option was to purchase a smaller piece and of course we would have to pay the restocking fee of 7 percent of an item they never delivered. they act like a quality company but their idea of service is to rob you blind and take no responsibility. I wish I had never purchased or shopped here. I will never ever shop here again
