Excellent service from the staff, just the first time one of the staff members did a mistake but after that, I’ve always have had a good experience with Manolito, Christian and Jaime.
Either in Spanish or English, if you need a BA, I highly recommend this branch.

Probably one of the nicest banks I’ve been too. Even though they were super busy, all the employees were polite and helpful. Made me happy to open my new account with Bank of America.

Today I have been serviced by Manoushak Kevorkian, to open my account in bank , she is a very nice person , and very helpful ! everything explained clearly and with the details , in a couple of hours I already had my bank account ! wow !! she speaks Russian too, for the people who doesnt understand English , will be useful. I highly recommend this person there , one of the most nice and helpful person !!!! Thank you so much !!!

Highly recommend this bank and this branch. This branch of Bank of America is certainly way more different than any other banking branch I have ever been. The branch manager Jack, went above & beyond. Not even he helped me get started with BofA he also helped me get my first credit card with BofA as well. He made sure my mobile banking is up & running. Indeed he helped me use my phone at the ATM. I have been dealing with fraud situation at Wells Fargo where instead of helping me get my money back they made it harder for me to protect my identity and my Financials. So leaving them and joining BofA changed my perspective about banking.

Wonderful banking experience thanks to Jose Gonzalez. Jose is a friendly guy and strong multitasker. He was helping other bank tellers , juggling a couple phone calls and was able to get me in-out quickly. I'm going to start calling him Mr.B of A. Give the man a raise!

Bank is not open on Saturday even though it has it listed as open from 10am - 1pm. It’s been over a year since the pandemic so why can’t they update the sites to reflect their actual business hours? Very bad management.

This bank has no identifiable parking. To add to your experience they have homeless people on the sidewalk eyeballing your cash. The building looks shoddy and run down.

This is a nice bank. There was a very short line when I came and it moved quickly. The teller was kind and efficient. Parking is a problem though. They don't have a parking lot and street parking is tough around here.

Best BOA in the area. All of the others only have 1 teller. Janice is super fast and helpful. Only took 10 minutes in and out to open an additional checking with her.
