Terrible customer service. Do not give them your business. Purchased a dress for 5k never wore it. They claim i wore it because a mirror selfie i took. tried to return it within two weeks. Would not even give me store credit or return. The dress is in perfect condition. Unbelievable. Reporting to the BBB.

Had horrible experience with this store. So I emailed this store through their website regarding the Barbie balmain collab bag like 3 days before the collection came out. The next day I get a response from David from the store. He sends me a pic of the Barbie bag and says we have it but it's the last one and if I wanted it, I needed to leave a credit card for deposit so he can release the bag to me once it's out that Thursday. I give him my info, he goes thanks I received it and will touch base with you the next day! Next day, I don't hear back so I tried getting a hold of him a few times and still no response. It's Thursday now and I'm getting nervous because that bag is now sold out on their website and almost everywhere else. I reach out to him again, still no response. Now it just seems super shady. I call the store that day and an associate said he's helping a client right now and would get back to me because he knows about my bag. To this day, it's been over a week and still NO response from him. If he didn't have the bag anymore he could have just told me then so I could buy it somewhere else because it's SOLD OUT everywhere at this point. I am VERY disappointed with the customer service here.

Former employee here,WATCH OUT!!! Most of the employees here are manipulative liars who only want your money and will make fun of you when you leave. I was working and Joana and David were making fun of a mentally ill women. There was a Filipino customer who used to always frequent the shop and they would always pretend to be nice and encourage him to spend more money but talk the meanest, unrealistic things behind your back. Even I would get reports from customers about David’s very very rude behaviors and Joanna will cover it up. The assistant manager here is not a joke. Avoid this shop and shop where your properly appreciated.

This is the best experience I've had in retail! I called about a leather jacket, unfortunately it was a non-carry forward style. Lana, was able to find an alternative option and have it sent to the store for me to try on while she was on holiday. When I arrived, the sales team (Joanna) and her associate could tell I did not love the jacket -- maybe because I was moving back and forth trying to make it work. Luckily, their intuition paid off and they found an alternative style for me (which happened to be exactly what I wanted, but couldn't find)! I made the purchase immediately. I came back for a fitting a few weeks later with their tailor and also purchased a pair of shoes. The jacket was delivered via courier to my home today. The experience has been exceptional. I will definitely be back. Due to the great experience, I may have gone a bit crazy and purchased more Balmain than I had intended to this season. There is NO NEED to go overseas for a luxury experience. The sales team at this location is top notch. Thanks, Lana!

Such a lovely experience. Highly attentive staff (Lana/Joanna). The store is in a great location. If you go during non-peak hours parking is relatively easy to secure (LA parking is a nightmare). I have been shopping during my travels due to the service, but the store experience has really motivated me to shop in physical stores again. All pieces are tailored to fit and they have the best courier service. Love my goods and will definitely be back for a few other classics. For anyone who feels intimidated - I came in birks. Service was pleasant each time. No flexing needed for great service.

I quite literally had the most amazing experience with David purchasing my very first Balmain bag. He was kind, funny, relatable, and really made my first Balmain experience amazing. I look forward to many future purchases with through him (I'll certainly be back for the quilted leather of my new bag lol). Thank you, David!

Not personally friendly!!! 0 customer service, boarder line stuck-up and don't care about the public!!! Demonstrated hostile attitude towards workmen in the area whom were taking advantage of the shaded area in store from from working in over 90 degree temperature. would not support this franchise if my life depended on supporting their cause!!! Wonder what they think about the little people whom may never come buying their outrageous ridiculous designer items!!! The system would not allow for a zero star review but that's it hat they should get!!!
