I would give this store 0 stars if I could. My visit to the AT&T store on La Brea was an absolute nightmare. My SIM card malfunctioned the day after a forced update, coinciding with a nationwide SOS mode incident. Consequently, I visited the La Brea location to get a replacement card. The staff member was friendly but insisted I needed assistance from the fraud department. Why? I had to provide my real ID, PIN, and last 4 digits of my social security number. Then, the fraud department bombarded me with questions they claimed were randomly generated from my credit report. They asked about obscure details from my past, like the address of a place I briefly lived in 1987, and about someone supposedly related to me whom I've never heard of. How am I expected to remember little details from 30 years ago?! Despite my attempts to explain and provide accurate information, they treated me like a criminal and embarrassed me in front of the entire store by repeatedly failing me. They said, "You should get your credit report and make sure it's completely accurate and up to date," and then he hung up on me. I'm sorry, you're not going to give me a SIM card until my credit report is updated? That could take months. The girl at the store just said, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do," and that was the end of it. I don't blame her, I blame management. After returning home, I escalated the situation and finally spoke to a manager in the tech department. She assured me that providing my ID should have been sufficient for a simple SIM card replacement. There is absolutely no justification for their actions. Despite her attempts to resolve the issue over the phone, I still had to visit a store. She expressed genuine remorse and provided me with her direct line, assuring me that if the issue recurs, she will personally address it with the store manager. I have never encountered someone as kind and helpful. The following morning, I visited the La Cienega store, where they resolved the matter in less than 10 minutes. I cannot comprehend why the La Brea store immediately assumes customers are criminals. After 25+ years of loyalty, I deserved better treatment. Save yourself the trouble and avoid the La Brea store.

This store has great service. I waited less than 2 minutes. The customer service guy Jason was so pleasantly friendly and took care of all my needs! I was very happy with my visit here

Valerie,is a very pleasant and efficient young AT&T representative that took the time and effort to explain all my questions. A pleasure to go into a facility and have representative like Valerie be there for one.

I came to the store on 02.14.2024 with a request to change my phone number because I received a lot of spam.I was called by people who wanted to talk to the ex user of this number.It scared me very much.The employees were unable to help me, instead they reported that they had the same problem.When I said that in that case I would change the company, they said that all companies use old numbers.They downloaded me a million apps that didn't solve my problem in any way. I came there three times.At the end, they said to call the hotline and went to deal with other clients.I want to inform that the employees are DEFINITELY NOT COMPETENT in their case.

Walked in, put my name on the waitlist, and then waited 30 minutes, only for 2 girls who showed up 20 minutes after I had to be helped first. Completely ignored. Verizon, here I come.Edit: in response to my review, the manager Amanda wrote that the info above was somehow not enough for her, and asked me to call. I did, and at first I was told she was available. Then, after being put on hold, I was told she was with someone and would have to call me back as soon as she was done. She must be talking to quite a chatterbox, as that was 3 days ago and still no response. Either that, or the response to these reviews is just lip service and just underlines that they don’t actually care about their customers as much as they do their image, which is in line with my experience in the store as well. As least they’re consistent ?

Jason at the West Hollywood AT&T was fantastic! Everyone at this store was very friendly, kind, and efficient. I set up a new line on my husbands family plan, and it was super easy. Jason helped us have a great experience. Thanks for everything!

The best staff and the best corporate store in Los Angeles for truly informed and knowledgeable customer service in Los Angeles. These folks know what they are doing and have mastered AT&T’s often opaque procedures and systems. Parking is easy and their service is tops!

Amazing service & super friendly! Shout out to Jason. Thank you so much for helping me out with my broken phone and activating my SIM card again! He was extremely knowledgeable in all things cell/internet and and throughly answered all of my questions. I especially appreciated him introducing me to Fiber Optics…. The best of the best internet exclusively at AT&T. 10000/10. Go to this location. Ask for Jason!

On July 19th,2023 I visited to AT&T store and the representative Timofei served me and he covered all my questions. I greatly appreciated his patience, understanding and supportive approach on all of the tasks. I was really surprised at how high the level of service Timofei provided. I wish all At&T customers to be served by Timofei. Thanks for all Timofei, you're the best specialist in your field.
