“I have stopped going to the BofA on Melrose and Fairfax due to the utter incompetence of the employees. This BofA, located on Beverly and San Vincente, is far smaller but when I was having difficulty with the ATM, I went inside and almost immediately, a dapperly dressed gentleman approached me and asked if he could help with something. Told him my reason, he took me outside to the ATM, and got the problem solved. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I asked his name and he said "Sean". He's the branch manager and he is absolutely terrific! Bravo to BofA for hiring at least ONE person who knows what the hell they're doing. Having been a BofA customer for over 25 years and watching the slow deterioration of any and ALL customer service, plus your innumerable horrible employee hires, he was a breath of fresh air! Hire more Sean's!”
“Rock n roll Ralph's still rocking!I used to come here during the pandemic when the lines were long and the food lacking.I came super early on a Saturday morning, very few people in the store, most of the shelves were stocked, I found everything I needed quickly. They even have the evasive mission zero carb tortillas!Only two lanes open so I went to the self checkout. Super fast.”

8330 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood“There are 2 reasons why people go to work; one, to pay the bills and the second one is to make a difference. You can clearly distinguish one over the other; to those who do it for the bills, they perceive their work as a chore, a routine; clock in, break time, punch out, exit office door on the dot. you're lucky if you get a smile, luckier if u hear a thank you, luckiest if they move an anthill for you. But for the second one, their job is either their passion or an opportunity; its a chance for the dreamers to support themselves towards higher learning and better education or a venue for graduates and professionals to explore and put into practice their chosen careers. the ones who make ends meet and pay the bills, functions by the book, by the rules. the ones who love their work, are guided by the book, sticks to the rules but think outside the box. the first ones, of course they give us answers coz everything is in the book but the second ones give us solutions; the first ones don't care if the answers really answered the question, they just want you out of their sight, next client please, quota has been achieved, commission marked check, done by 6 pm, bye felicia, thats it. The passionate worker takes time to see, listens and understands the client.. the personality, the complexities, the purpose, the stories behind that led the client to seek the help of a banker. the former is a robot; the latter has a heart. For me, for whatever my purpose in going to this branch, whether the outcome is a yay or nay, honestly, for me, its ok. why?. coz i know the banker who listened to me and passionately tried every solution possible just to address my concern; knowing and seeing for myself that not only she gave her best shot and left no stones unturned, these validated the importance of my purpose and valued my existence, and indeed, I am more than worthy to avail the bank's offers and services; first-timer as I may be, through her, i see Wells Fargo not just a financial institution but also as an ally, a partner, a friend .. with a heart.. Caitlan Cunningham... thank you very very much; you are an angel; your warmth is incomparable, your work ethics are excellent, your dedication is impeccable and your sincerity is genuinely far-reaching.. i don't even need to pinpoint the obvious that you are fabulously gorgeous and beautifully charming.. Keep the fire burning This world needs more people like you.. you go girl.. you rock!”
“Highly recommend this bank and this branch. This branch of Bank of America is certainly way more different than any other banking branch I have ever been. The branch manager Jack, went above & beyond. Not even he helped me get started with BofA he also helped me get my first credit card with BofA as well. He made sure my mobile banking is up & running. Indeed he helped me use my phone at the ATM. I have been dealing with fraud situation at Wells Fargo where instead of helping me get my money back they made it harder for me to protect my identity and my Financials. So leaving them and joining BofA changed my perspective about banking.”
