This location was perfect for all our many L.A. ventures. The atmosphere and service were wonderful. It was quite interesting to learn about the hotel's history. You should check out! I know, we'll be back.

Recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in West Hollywood, and it was a truly memorable experience! The location was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were top-notch. Can't wait to visit again!Rooms: The rooms were very spacious and well-appointed providing a cozy atmosphere.Food & drinks: The food and drinks here were really delicious and authentic in taste.

This hotel is the biggest catfish. Looks good on the pics when booking but not in person (only the lobby). The rooms felt dingy and old, and certainly not worth the $300-ish dollars we paid for 1 night. After running the shower for 5+ min it was still only lukewarm. I wasn’t able to take a proper shower after a very long drive.

A lot of pros - Fantastic location, large spacious rooms, friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Great breakfast!! Loved the hydration station room, so could easily fill up my water bottle whenever I needed. Free snacks in reception and coffee available in the mornings.Cons (mainly noise related) - was disturbed a lot by people going in and out of rooms as the doors closing are loud. Aircon in the room is very loud, and there was also a constant buzzing noise in the room that couldn't be turned off (it wasn't the fridge). You need to request a coffee machine if you want one in the room - I did, but never received it.

Rooms are pretty simple, not much to write home about. Everything is clean and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is phenomenal and is really what you are paying for.

Had a really great experience at Andaz. EL, at the reception, was an angel for us. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours, and we reached the hotel around 3am. EL helped us get checked in, accommodated a late checkout and also helped us get a couple documents printed for our 8am visa appointment the next day. Additionally, he helped find a paper cutter for us so we could get our passport photos to the correct size. He was polite, gracious, and so helpful! ? Recommend this place - for a nice and relaxing experience. The rooftop pool, spacious rooms (we took the one with a sunroom - loved it!), great beds, plus a nice staff makes it the perfect spot for a vacation, relaxing weekend or even a business trip.

Okay do this place is really nice. The room was big enough and had great views and comfy beds. Service was kind and had free snacks in the lobby. The pool deck on the roof is super pretty and they have a little market and a restaurant downstairs. What I hate is the parking. I know this is sunset and parking on sunset is limited so they can get away with high prices but I really feel like charging $70 a night for parking is crazy. And it's valet only. That one thing bothered me because I feel like it's taking advantage of the customers. But otherwise this place was great and I had a nice stay. Wonderful and convenient location.

I haven't stayed yet, but I will say that it was a long wait to get connected to someone. When I was finally connected, the staff member was rude on top of the fact that I didn't get transferred to the proper department after my wait.I will update my review after my stay.

Love this Hotel!! Best Hotel on the strip! Dan and his staff are amazing. Great views and big clean rooms. I have stayed in this Hotel on 3 separate occasions and the staff always makes you feel welcome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Rooms: Very spacious and clean.Safety: Very safe. There are always staff in front of Hotel.Walkability: There are many many things within walking distance.

Booked Through Virgin Holidays.Room 717 - Stayed Over Christmas for 3 Nights- Very Friendly and Helpful Staff even though we arrived just before midnight.- The Hotel was very sleak and modern with a musical heritage.- Wine Tasting in the Hotel Bar at 4pm which was included- Rooftop Swimming Pool with plenty of sunloungers and Cabanas.- A kettle was not provided in the room but one was oftered and we excepted.- Safe and Fridge in room- £25 Food Voucher, which we used to have a very yummy breakfast in the room- Fresh water and Ice machine next to lifts- Universal Studios is a about a 15min driveI would highly recommend a stay in this hotel
