Such an amazing and helpful hardware store. Wow they still exist apparently. Our car drove into some kind of tar and it’s splattered all over it. We came into the store to find done chemical to remove it not only did they come out and tell us which product to use but gave it to us with a rag to get the tar off our rental car. Super nice guys personal service like in the old days. Love it ?

Friendly staff. Brian quickly found the light bulb I needed for replacement inside a salt lamp=]. I bought some power tools and adapters a few months ago too, they're always very helpful to assist with what you need. Thanks!=]

By far the worst customer service you will find in Los Angeles. If you are looking to buy a door you should literally look anywhere else but this. The problem isn't just with staff it starts from the owner who will actively ignore and disrespect you when you are simply trying to get updates. Avoid at all costs!

I have nothing but great experiences here for decades. If they do not have what I need, they refer me to where they think I could find what I want. Returns have been infrequent but over thirty years there have been a couple. They were made politely and quickly. THe staff are always there as soon as I arrive and are super helpful. They also seem up on the best way to complete a chore. THis is SO much better than the big box stores with workers who have no idea where things are or how to manage chores. four star plus.I saw a couple of unhappy reviews here. And you answered them so politely. Please know that I have NEVER seen anyone treated disrespectfully here and I have never had t wait for service

I've been a customer for over a decade. They did all my window screens years ago & I've only ordered from Tashman's. Great staff - Laurel & Efren are awesome! There's another woman at the front register who's also lovely, I think her name's Debbie. This is def my favorite local neighborhood hardware store because customer service is top notch & they have a knowledgeable staff. Anytime I need assistance with my DIY projects, they're always there to assist me with viable options. They're open on Sundays & if you need your window screens done, their turnaround time is only a couple of days.
