Horrible experience. Over an hour Uber drive from airport. Rude, multiple extra charges they don’t tell you about. 100 miles a day max any mile over that is a $1.00 a mile

An atrocious place to rent a vehicle:
*Indifferent, disinterested and demeaning staff
*Obligates you to buy their Collision Damage Waiver + Liability unless you know what you are doing as the renter
*Ultra slow pick up process, 2.5 hours in my case with only one customer before me
*Keeps your $300 deposit unless you fight it
It's a money grubbing scam business overall. Keep your guard up if you're only option to rent is from them.

AVOID this car rental!! Honestly, I'd consider walking 50miles before ever using this place. The customer service is awful and the cars are older and they smell like a dirty motel (cigarettes, weed and sadness). I used Expedia for a last minute booking and when I arrived they charged me an additional $100 to use my debit card (Khan first refused to take my debit card but I request to talk to a supervisor and they allowed it) for additional booking fees, and then they charged me an additional $300 deposit (which still has not been returned 8days later...). The car itself was 3/4 full of gas and the exterior was dirty. They love to add on fees so please be carful and take photos of your car if you do rent with these scam artists.
The caveat is they are not accredited by the BBB - with an F rating. 14 closed complaints in the last year. Please do your research before you book.

I had a nightmarish experience with this rental company. After making a reservation, I was bombarded with charges for every little thing. What was supposed to be a straightforward rental ended up costing me over $3,000 in hidden fees and unexpected charges.
This company is a complete scam. They lure you in with a seemingly good deal and then hit you with excessive charges after the fact. Save yourself the hassle and financial hit—steer clear of this place!

I recently rented a convertible from this company and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The website does not disclose the age of their vehicles, and I ended up with a very old BMW with a scratched interior. At checkout, the employee only rinsed the exterior of the car in front of me, leaving the interior dirty. To my surprise, I was later charged a cleaning fee.
The car had numerous scratches when I picked it up, which the staff pointed out. However, upon returning the car, I was given 48 hours to make a claim with my insurance company for alleged damages. I had not been in any accidents, and they never specified what damages I was supposedly responsible for. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I received no response other than reminders about the 48-hour window.
This experience felt like a scam, and I would not recommend renting from this company. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and questionable practices make them a business to avoid.
