XplosiveFit is life changing and worth every penny. Everyone here is very supportive of your goals and if you stick to the plan you will see the results you desire. Rod the owner has a passion for helping people reach their goals and will help you every step of the way. The workouts are only 30 minutes which is very convenient if you have a busy schedule but you will feel like you worked out for an hour by the end of them (in a good way). Definitely give it a try you won't regret it.

Absolutely thrilled to share my journey with Xplosivefit and how it transformed not just my body, but my entire approach to fitness and nutrition. I moved to West Hills a year and a half ago and am so grateful that a local friend introduced me to Xplosive Fit. This clean, well-appointed studio has become my workout home away from home. Rod and the entire Xplosive Fit team are so positive, supportive and, maybe most importantly, they make working out FUN! The workouts are always changing so you won't get bored and they are challenging too! However, with 30 minute classes, they're over before you feel like you're gonna die. I love this gym!

so glad i came here.. after much doubt, hesitation, and procrastination, my husband and i teamed up and decided to come see coach Rod in July 2023... we were promised tough workouts and a meal plan that does not feel like a diet... we got so much more!! this was a place with real people who just come to shape up and be part of a like minded community.. and the meal plan is far from a "Diet" - i am full all day and eating most of what i enjoy as i already ate healthy foods just in wrong combinations.. now i love tracking my meals , packing meals for the week, and coming to the gym to see awesome people.. Coach Rod truly created an amazing community and with their support (fist bumps, high fives, modifications, check ins, feedback, keeping us accountable) hubby and i are now combined 60 lbs lighter and lost a total of 15% body fat (i lost 26lbs/6% body fat, and hubby lost 34lbs/ 9% body fat).. and if you told me i would do easy full burpees i'd tell you No way.. but here i am telling you how accomplished i feel doing those burpees with jumps! we are in our mid 40-s but we honestly can say that we are in best shape of our lives. so it's all possible as we each have a will and motivation ..only which of us choose to use that will and motivation to move ourselves , even if it's just one small step ahead.. and here at XFit our motivation is all we need to bring because the meal plan is easy and workout options and times are plenty so you are set up to succeed if you just follow the plan. Thanks Coach Rod, Coach Nick, and Coach Lidia!! and their patience with kids in the kids martial arts classes is phenomenal! i highly recommend XFit for the entire family

I started the 6-week challenge at XplosiveFit a couple of weeks ago. I thought it was a challenge, but I've come to see it as a better way to eat and exercise. I've never done weight training or boxing because of my wrist issues. I told Coach Nick about this at my first session and he has since been extremely diligent about giving me alternatives that would not put any pressure on my wrist. I love the workouts and feel like it's actually making a difference in my body.

I am currently doing the program and have enjoyed it so far and seeing results. The program is great, easy to follow, a lot of follow ups and support and the trainings are tough but fun. A great way to start my days and get energized.

Highly driven, motivated coaches who area actually willing to help you reach your goals under any circumstances! I never in my life thought I’d join or be part of a fitness family/community program, This is the biggest step I have taken in my life, is to basically get training in leadership and accountability! And also admitting that we all need a reliable coach who is willing communicate with you during your entire fitness journey.Shoutout to Rob and all the other coaches From xplosivefit! You all help change peoples thinking/eating habits for good! Therefore we are able to maintain our focus in our own paths in order to fulfill and help reach everyone’s fitness goals!

I thought it would be impossible for me to live a healthy lifestyle. Coach Rod and the team and XplosiveFit were able to get me motivated and make it as easy as possible to get started. I have tried gym memberships and failed in the past. The accountability and coaches at XplosiveFit really motivate me to want to want to come in and push myself to new limits. If you want to better yourself and live a healthier lifestyle, but feel totally lost on how to get started, talking to the people at XplosiveFit will be the best thing you ever did.

Halfway through my 6 week challenge and already see a huge shift in my strength plus feeling more confident in my body. The 30 min classes 3x a week make it doable and zoom classes available when you can’t make it in. No excuses. Major bonus - there’s a fantastic community. Everyone is so nice and rooting for you. Highly recommend!

I have been a member of Explosive fitness for just under a month now. My experience with Rod and the entire team has been fantastic. Great workouts available 3 times per day and accountability that I have not experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend giving Explosive fitness a shot if you are serious about seeing results!

I’ve had such a great time working out with these coaches. The work outs are killers, but so worth it. The instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. Love the music selections ,it keeps you moving. Great experience working out here. I’m seeing results in just 3 weeks. ?

XPLOSIVE FIT is headed up by Rod who is a man of intense work ethic and Nick and Lydia are amazing trainers - the place has a rare community feeling and great collective sense of hard work. The weight loss and fitness challenge program is intense and it’s been an amazing experience. Highly recommend. Very motivating and old school effective - no fads- just permanent lifestyle change and accountability focused fitness and healthy eating habits

Rod and team are the best. Their approach to training and nutrition is unique and inclusive. Nutrition accountability and guidance is great as it guides you to what is sustainable for each individual. Also, I have always struggled in any kind of group fitness class, losing motivation bc I struggle to keep up with the steps with a specific challenge of coordination. We are all encouraged to push, but they make sure everyone is working to their ability. I feel motivated and happy that I am on my path to a stronger and healthier me. Thanks, guys!
