They left me a very unclear message. I didn’t know who it was from, it just said call extension 101. I called back, was put on hold for 5 minutes. Finally a woman answers and asked me what am I calling about. I said im returning a call but im not sure who they are and she said: if we left a message it would have been a very detailed message.I said: but it’s unclear, i can’t understand who called me. She couldn’t really care less so I eventually ended the call. Later I searched online and understood who this clinic is but needless to say, I will not be joining their clientele. They probably just don’t need new patients at the moment but either way being courteous and helpful should be how you run a business!

Best group of doctors!!!Rare gems work here.I have been seeing Dr. Kalouyan for more than 3 years now and have nothing but the best feedback about her. I am sure that the other doctors in this place are very good too. Love their staff as well, they are very accommodating around scheduling appointments too.

Dr. Khodai is a wonderful OB/GYN provider. She provides optimal patient care and is extremely passionate and knowledgeable. I'll continue to see her and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great OB/GYN Doctor in West Hills :)

If I could only rate Dr Khodai, she would get 5 stars without a question. The office staff, especially the billing lady, is one of the RUDEST least helpful people I've ever dealt with in my whole life. They billed me for 2 office visits on one day and I called 10+ times over a 4 month period to try to resolve it and would be told I would receive a call back or they'd talk to someone and call me back and NEVER did they call me back. It is extremely predatory and exactly why people are untrusting of billing/insurance companies to charge someone two office visits on one day with ZERO notice whatsoever. I come see Dr Khodai knowing she is out of network and I will pay more than an in-network OBGYN because she's phenomenal and has delivered my two babies. Unfortunately, I will have to look elsewhere now because the office is horrendous. DR Kodhai if you ever move, let me know and I"ll be back (permitting you have a different billing department)

Dr. Khodai is an amazing doctor. She really cares about her patients. Dr. Khodai has been my doctor for both my pregnancies. She delivered my first baby and will be delivering my second baby who is due any day now. Truthfully, I love all of the advice and opinions she gives me. She is honest and always makes me feel comfortable talking to her. I get routine check-ups and if anything comes up from any of the tests I take, she is on it to make sure my baby is okay. She is very attentive to my needs and concerns and always answers all of my questions before I leave the office. I highly recommend her!

Literally the worst, I went on with an impressive amount of documentation stating that I had endometriosis and the doctor just looked at me like I had three heads and said "there's no way you have anything related to that." Guess what?!? 6 months later, I had surgery for endometriosis diagnosis and I've had it for years. This is a condition that happens to 10% of women... SEEMS IMPORTANT TO KNOW if you're going to call yourself a gynecologist. Stay far away! The front office staff are also rude and they were always charging me needlessly. They're obviously out for money...

This place is horrible. Went here 2 years ago and saw Dr. Salehi. Worst experience I've ever had with a Doctor. Her bedside manor was awful. She was rude, lacked empathy and was inpatient. I went for a breast exam, and had actually scheduled a annual women's exam during this appointment. She told me that she was unaware of that I was there for women's exam. She rushed to the examination. Come to find out that some of testing was not sent to the lab and was not complete and I ended up having to go back into complete a portion of it due to staff error. Long story short I'm receiving bills from that service and I've made several attempts to contact their staff to explain to them the mistake their staff made and that when I called back to let them know the girl told me they wouldn't charge me for since it was their error. So I ended up calling and speaking to someone today about it she was extremely rude..didn't catch her name she told me there was nothing that she can do for me and that I should call billing. Unbelievable. She seemed super incompetent. She hung up in my face. I Would NEVER recommend this place.

For me Dr Khodai is the best OB/GYN I have ever met in my life.The most positive Doctor with always a smile on her face . She never scares her patient .I'll always recommend her for any OB/GYN related issues
