Customers are having to wait outside due to incident that happened on Saturday 03/23/24. Maybe they should invest in security instead of making customers wait outside with no chairs.

Wells Fargo stepped right in when I was sent notification of fraudulent activity and charges on my debit card! I love their features on the app and the website where you can toggle the cards off just in case! Takes a lot of stress and worry out of criminals getting away with more hard earned money! While the fraud line was busy I decided to hightail it to the physical bank and the branch manager made me feel comfortable and definitely less stressed (hey with this and the earthquake and a very long week this was much appreciated)! The issue was resolved...investigation under way and I am grateful! So grateful that I ran to the frozen yogurt store and treated myself (actually I don't ever need an excuse for treats)! Here's a shout out to Angela and her team! They care about their customers! And I didn't know they have some cool perks! If you pay your phone bill through their app...they actually will insure your phone for damages up to $600! Yeah I've dropped mine so many times and there wasn't even an earthquake happening! Thanks Wells Fargo! You guys rock!

Absolutely no customer service. No one showed up for the appointment booked and it’s a nightmare to reach the banker. They should understand the value of their customers time. Waited for 23 minutes to complete a simple transaction.

Darn… I can’t give them zero stars. Made an appointment to open a checking account for my daughter. I confirmed twice through their automated text. I get there and the manager tells me the person that is supposed to help me is not there. She is unable herself because she has her own appointments. They said they tried calling to cancel but couldn’t find my number…. I find that a little suspicious… since I got texted twice to confirm… my daughter was so disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this branch, I should have heeded the 3 star review. Go at your own risk…

There’s always a long line and the tellers take FOREVER. I’m literally in line right now with 10 other people & there are only two tellers. I’m on my lunch and don’t always have time to spend 30 min for a transaction that will take 2 minutes. Hire more people so we don’t have to waste our time?

This branch, and Wells Fargo in general has always been extremely professional. It's been a pleasure to work with them for over 25 years.

Homeless man camped out in lobby is unsettling to say the least. Especially when a few weeks earlier homeless man went on knife rampage in same area

When are you going to fix the ATMs? For months I have to insert my checks multiple times in order to get them to read. I don’t have this problem at any other Wells Fargo and yet I have this problem at all three of the ATMs here

Went into this branch and six people were waiting in line. There was one teller and the customer they were with had many transactions thus making us wait for a very i long time. I asked the manager, Edwin Gonzalez, if there was another teller to help us and his response was "that's just the way it is and it wasn't going to change!" He was very rude and not customer friendly. Wells Fargo should force this manager to take either customer services classes or get rid of him. Worse manager ever!

It would be nice if this location was open for more than 3 hours from 9-12 on Saturday…Nearest other open valley location is 30 minutes away

The teller Ruth was exceptionally rude to me. I came in wanting to exchange bills, to which she asked if I had an account, I said yes. I had a not so pretty $10 bill, one that looked like coffee had spilled and dried up on it. Anyway, this teller proceeded to pick this bill up, while saying "ew,ew,ew" in front of my face, then went to what seemed like 2 managers standing behind the glass with her, asking if she could take the said bill. She returned the bill to me saying they could not take it but could give me the address to the federal reserve so I can send it in. (Mind you, I have worked at Chase Bank before and we exchanged damaged bills all the time as long as they were real, and would send it in to the federal reserve). Any who, I asked why she couldn't take it, she said they can't accept burnt bills. I said it's not burnt and has what looks to be spilled coffee. Nope. It was a no. I feel like I was being treated in such a manner because I looked a little homely that day, so she felt she could treat me which ever way. So I went over to my other bank and without even asking if I had an account, the kind teller took my coffee ridden $10 bill and gave me a new one. So Wells Fargo, after 10 years of being a loyal customer, you can thank your teller Ruth for her "kind customer service" because the majority of my money will be going to your pal Chase Bank. Over a measly $10.

I expected more after so many years as a client here. Maybe just catched the cashier on a bad day. They are usually very nice here.

Set an online appointment last week, they called me the day of to cancel...fine. Reschedule for today, show up and they don't even know who I am nor have any bankers on staff today to help with my basic need (set up trust account). You are one of the worlds biggest banks and you don't have a banker on staff?
