We bought special glasses for my boyfriend to wear at work. They messed up the prescription and need to fix the glasses or refund us. They physically have the glasses and every time we call they refuse to answer. When calling I asked for a manager. So of course I was on hold for nearly an hour before I hung up and called back. They don't know what they are doing here. Save your money and go somewhere else. Poor quality and service. If I could give negative stars I would.

It's rare for me to visit Walmart, however it was a weekend and I had just sat on my beloved sunglasses! I called around a bit and reached a very nice gentleman at this Walmart Vision Center named Juan. He said bring them on over and he'll take a look and see if he can repair them. I met with him, and then maybe 15-20 minutes later, after walking around the store I came back and he had finished repairing them and was polishing them. I have to say the customer service & expertise by Juan in particular, was absolutely top notch, and I thank him profusely for fixing my sunglasses!

Ms Lupe is a rockstar and a gem of a person and must be protected at all cost!My sister’s prescription glasses broke while visiting from FL and Lupe from the Walmart Eye Department did not only quickly attend to our needs but also fixed it within 15 minutes. We so appreciate her and her exceptional customer service, a very rare thing these days!

Made 2 trips here over a couple of months (regular then sun glasses) and Diane was very professional and helpful. I'm very pleased with both visits and if you can handle actually walking into a Walmart- lol- I highly recommend this shop and Diane.

They never answer their phone.I understand if you're busy, but it takes less than 2 seconds to answer the phone, and let the customer know to hold on.Instead they choose to Transfer you to another department. That doesn't even know what's going on.

After a horrid experience with the staff at the Porter Ranch Walmart Vision Center earlier this week, I was scared to give this location a try, but was pleasantly surprised at both the expanded selection of frames compared to the other location, and more importantly, the phenomenal, competent service I received from LUPE. She did everything that should have been done at Porter Ranch: listened to what I wanted, ran the insurance benefit, explained what was covered and what wasn't so I could decide for myself if I wanted to pay for uncovered upgrades, and let me know about the potential for charges that may be billed because the system was unable to generate a copay amount due at the time of service. She was patient, compassionate, and seemed completely calm in spite of the fact that she was working alone and there was constant foot traffic with several people waiting. This level of service was definitely worth the wait. Thank you, Lupe!

They don't answer the phone I've been calling for weeks to see if my prescription is in but no answer they said they would text me when it came in that was over a month ago. They are very nice when you go in and talk to them.

I went to Walmart West Hills with my wife to look for frames and found some that we really liked. Diane was great and helped us the whole way. We came back with our prescriptions and Diane took care of everything for us. She was great! She did all the paper work throught the insurance, and our frames and lenses were covered. I will definitely go back and deal with Diane. Thank you so much. You made our visit very pleasant.

Service was really quick, they were able to fix my glasses and even cleaned them up for me!. Definitely would recommend this place to get your glasses fixed.

Amazing experience! I accidentally broke my prescription pair of glasses I had purchased previously from Walmart West Hills. In a panic I headed over to the store and was greeted by Lupe in the Optical Dept. Lupe was super friendly and empathetic. She quickly located a new frame that would fit my lenses and proceeded to secure the lenses in the new frame. And just like that I had working glasses again and could see! Thank you for your exceptional customer service! Hats off to the West Hills Optical Dept, Lupe, and Diane!

I went to Walmart in West Hills vision center for them to see if they would be able to put my lenses from 2 pair of my old glasses into some new frames. Like worked and worked but was unable to pop the lenses out and then she requested the assistance from Diane and them working together for some time were able to get them done. They will never know how much I appreciated their efforts to get this done for me and I'm very grateful to both of them. Thank you ladies you did a outstanding job! I give you two ???? and a sound of applause!
