Leslie, the owner of this UPS location is the role model for working hard, treating her customers and employees with respect and for setting such a wonderful example of customer service. There are plenty of workers who help to make sure that if the customer is waiting only a short time if at all. All employees are patient and very helpful. What a great location to go to. Thank you to Leslie for helping us all.

After complaining they over changed me,
my 9 boxes going to different addresses were severely damaged after I left them at the UPS drop off or when in transit they were severely damaged. They even had fragile stickers on them. I’m so sad!!
I have pictures from family and friends. The boxes were torn, also box cutter sliced on sides and looked like they were dropped. Will not ship anything through UPS or especially at this location again. Did business with them for 10 years. Never had such a bad experience before. These were Christmas gifts.

Printing service here is terrible. Orders are never done when they say. What's the point of placing online orders if they complete the job when you arrive in store?

I use UPS stores nationwide as I travel, all are good. But this one continues to be the best— never a wait or mistake. Staff and management excellent. Always going the bit extra for great service.
