Printing service here is terrible. Orders are never done when they say. What's the point of placing online orders if they complete the job when you arrive in store?

I use UPS stores nationwide as I travel, all are good. But this one continues to be the best— never a wait or mistake. Staff and management excellent. Always going the bit extra for great service.

Love this location - always in and out quickly with Amazon returns. The only downside is that the cell service is kind of spotty inside the store, so make sure to take a screen shot of your return QR code because you prob won't be able to pull it up when you're inside. Staff is always great here!

Just left this store and the blonde girlWho works there was very ride laughed at me, said WHATEVER like a valley girl and kept smacking her lips like she was annoyed and kept saying she wasn’t going to argue with me.I dropped off a package in a clear bag and was toldThat it could be lostOrStolen which to me I took that they were saying there employees at UPS are thieves. When I questioned the employee that’s when she came over and was combative from the jump. The other girl then explained that it could be leftOn a porch or get lost in warehouse. That made sense. To say it could get stolen orLost would only indicate to me that UPS have people that steal.What do you expect from young kids working at a UPS store. She should take her job more seriously and professionally and not be rude and have better customer service. I know I wouod never treat my customers the way you treated me
