DO NOT buy appliances here-especiallyIf you want them to install for you. This will be true for ALL Home Depot's, not just this location. In November, I ordered a washer and dryer to be installed. I also had to pay $100 for the extra installation parts that probably weren't even necessary. I was supposed to have my new washer and dryer in 2 days. The day of delivery I was told that they're now in backorder and won't be delivered until December. Fast forward to yesterday. They finally delivered and installed the washer and dryer. That night, we noticed that the dryer was leaking gas. I immediately reached out and was told someone would be here today (the next day) to fix the line they improperly installed. No one came or reached out. I reached out via text (per their request) and was told no one can come for two more days. After going back and forth via text I asked for a phone number for someone who could help me. They refused to give that to me. So, I looked it up and gave them a call hoping I would get somewhere. They were okay with the fact that gas was leaking into my house and said it was my responsibility to fix the problem. They said that there was no way to get anyone out here before Thursday. If, however, I had purchased a Home Depot protection plan, someone could come sooner. They don't care about their service. They don't care if their customers inhale gas fumes and they don't care if their customers house explodes due to a gas leak. But that protection plan might have helped? Absolutely unacceptable. They have lost this customer forever. People, go to Lowe's. Please. Avoid Home Depot at all cost. They don't care about you. And definitely don't purchase their bogus protection plans. Go to LOWES every time.

People who work here doesn't seem to want to do their jobs. Very slow and horrible cs. Do us all a favor and quit! Someone out there who really need the job can definitely replace all of u lazy bums!

This review is only for the kids workshops that take place on the first Saturday of every month.This is my go-to location for the kids workshops. They are way more organized than other locations that we have been to. They're even considerate enough to put up tents on those terribly sunny and hot days. They always have at least two employees running the workshop, they play a playlist of Disney hits over a portable speaker during those hours, and most recently, they had printed out a list of all of the people who had registered beforehand to make sure the kits went to those customers.

I usually dread going to Home Depot. I've been to this location countless times over the last 20 years and this was the first time a person asked if I needed assistance when they saw me struggling. Usually I have to chase someone down for help, and was often ignored when I say excuse me to an employee for help. I went to have some keys made and Danny saw that I was having difficulty with the machine and said he would get someone to help me, as he was already helping another customer. I heard on the speaker he request a person to come and they never did. Danny came back a few minutes later to help with the key machine. It's clear that Danny takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customer's satisfaction. Home Depot should be proud to have such a valuable team member.

Wonderful Home Depot in West Hills, California.This store has the most amazing customer service thanks to Fernando Contreras who went above and betond to be of help to my husband and myself. He is professional, friendly and super helpful. Visited Home Depot on Victory in Woodland Hills. Unfortunately, despite seeking assistance, no one was willing to help. It felt as though the staff was hiding. Regrettably, we departed without locating the item we initially came for, leaving us dissatisfied with the experience.

We asked for help four different times from various employees and couldn't get any help. We finally decided to leave and take our money to Lowe's. We received a totally different experience.

This is a low-key spot and not that busy. I like that it is easy to park and a lot of staff inside to help you. I was able to order something really quick and fast. Though the employee didn't ask me for a warranty, and it was hard to find to add it to my product, it was overall a very fast process. I will go to this one now instead of the one on Roscoe. It is more convenient for me and quicker.

They are great with so much supplies, the only thing I don't enjoy is, when I need help finding something? I can't find someone to help me, not enough people working there.Also at checking out, they have one person working the check out, but 2 people watching the self check out?

I order online 2 window air conditioners and then found out the next day for one and a few days later with the other. The orders were cancelled by Home Depot. Called and they say it was sold out. Why don't they put on the website sold out. Paid by Affirm and Klarna and now have to wait for my refund. Home Depot your business practices are shady. I am disabled and was desperately waiting for my air conditioning unit through the Severe heat wave of August/September 2022.

I am writing a review from hopelessness and a nervous breakdown. A month ago, I placed an order for a washer and dryer with all services, indicating that it was a stack. Two weeks later, the delivery arrived in the order; there was no kit stackable for the washer and dryer; they sent it back. We called the support service, ordered the kit stackable, and changed the schedule. Two weeks later, the long-awaited delivery arrived, but a surprise awaited us. The washer broke. I called the service to change the schedule of the third delivery and asked for a discount for the lost time. I was transferred from line to line within half an hour. As a result, we agreed on a delivery date and a discount. But that's not all. After that, in my order, someone canceled the washer. I call again to agree on why the washing machine was canceled; the nervous girl could not explain anything; she only said that the washing machine would be brought on another day. I explain that I need everything together because I need to dismantle the old and install a new washer and dryer to which she hung up. The next day I get a call from the store that they only deliver the washer and dryer connection to me, and I had a breakdown. In the order only dryer, kit stackable and the whole service. I'm shocked. What did I get? A nervous breakdown and wasted time, a lot of wasted time and I was left without a full order.

Needed a can of butane for my crème brûlée gun. Someone who seemed to know what she was doing picked up the phone went to locate it. She said they had 19. I asked her to put it on hold with customer service. She said yes and got my first and last name. I called around 2:30pm today (May 28th) I told her I would be there before they closed she supposedly put it under my first and last name. It wasn't there when my husband went to pick it up. It wasn't in stock at all. I'm blown away at the terrible customer service. Awful. She wasted my time, my husbands time, and now I still have to look for it some other place.

This home spot is a nightmare. No employees want to help. Employees pass by and if you ask they ignore and vanish. The worst bien depot ever. The management of this Home Depot also is the root of the problem. Because they don't care about customers. The van nuys Home Depot is the best.
