I love TJ Maxx!
Everything is always stocked so nearly and the store is so clean.
I just wish the clearance area was a bit more organized and marked 60% off ?
The clerks are so friendly and the cashier's too!
Overall, it is such a great store to shop and relax as well !

The men's section has shrunk more and more throughout the years to the point where it's not even worth going in anymore as it's essentially 4 short isles of trash. If you're a guy don't waste your time.

Overall the store isn't too bad. The selection, Cleanliness, cashiers, Etc. but the fitting room was horrible. The lady was so rude and had a horrible attitude. She has major RBF, and slams her hand on the rack and yells "here!", instead of speaking in a complete sentence. When I came out, and tried to hand her the clothes that I didn't want, she started slamming her hand on the other side of the rack and snapped at me.. saying "no here!" (To put it on the other side of the rack). Fitting rooms were messy as well. Other than that, it's a decent store.

The cashier never looked at us but instead spent the entire time of the transaction gossiping with who appeared to be the manager on duty. The cashier had her back to us the whole time, never greeted us, never asked if we wanted a bag, etc. The common very basic questions you ask a customer.

I loved this TJ Maxx store comparing to a few others in SFV. It's more convenient, better options and we'll maintained.Went there a few days before Christmas.Picked up a few jackets, food thermos, socks, etc.I'm satisfied with what I found here ?☺️

literally such a hypocritical staff. SANDY (register #2) and anna or whatever the manager on duty's name was this morning were both useless. i asked sandy if i could put something on hold and she told me they don't put sanrio items on hold. cool, that is no issue. until i see behind her a hello kitty mug thats on hold. i asked if i could please split my total on two cards for my purchase and she said that is not something that they do. mind you they opened at 7:00am and it was only 7:56am. i was the only customer in line. she was so rude it was insane. they barely opened so why was she acting so rude. i bought my stuff and left but honestly i've never had such a horrible experience before at a tj maxx. i called the manager on duty and she apologized on the cashiers behalf but when i confronted her about the mug being on hold, she had nothing to say. it was honestly ridiculous.

Very pleased with the selection today at TJ Maxx. I haven't been in for awhile but after today I'll be stopping in regularly. They have sone very fashionable items at awesome prices. The line was long but moved extremely quickly. I bought 4 pairs of nylons for 16.40 which is about 4 a piece. Great deal. Included photos of sone of my fav items in the store. They have a beautiful evening bag section. My favorites were the made in India beaded bags. I found House of Harlow, Adidas , Hello Kitty, Tommy Hilfiger and more!

I won’t ever shop here. Their return policy sucks. I bought a school bag for my daughter. I get home remove the tags. I give it to her. Within the week I gave it to her, the zipper broke. I try to return the item with a receipt and the clerk tells me it’s used and can’t be return. Yes, it was used and the zipper was faulty. No accountability for selling customers garbage. They don’t honor receipts here and or defective items. Terrible customer service.
