I feel that I’ve been scammed by this store. I purchased a helmet for my son and I purchased the wrong size. I told the sales guy that I’m purchasing the helmet for my son he never mentioned that the items is Final sale they putting a small sign under the cashier. that all the sales are final and they don’t mention anything on the receipt, I came back to return the helmet and they refused to return it. They showed me the small sign under the cashier.
I feel that they doing it in purpose that people don’t see the sign and after trying to return items, they being refused

The owners of the shop helped us out personally and were very kind, knowledgeable people. They have a decently wide selection and also repair bikes at an affordable cost. Couldn't recommend more!!

This is the Best Bike Shop! My Family has been coming here for 20 years. Walter really helped me out today. Happy to now introduce my Grandson Angelo who is turning 4 to the Wonderful world of Biking. I got his Christmas present today.

1 owner, family feel kinda shop.
I brought my bike in for service, needed a derailleur tune and a cassette retightened.
Right off the back, just looking at my bike, he knew what was up, and gave me a real solid answer of how long it would take to fix.
Owner gave it to me straight, reasonable and fair price. He's the kind of guy who tells it like it is.
There's plenty of parking on Vanowen or Platt, and there's also a small little parking lot around the corner that is shared with the garden equipment store and the cleaners.
What I really like the best is that there's an open window to the service area. You can see exactly what's going on. That definitely boosted my confidence in choosing this place.
I came in here quite some 4 years ago to buy some hubs and wheels, and got a really good deal on those. So now that it was time for service, it was a no-brainer to choose this place again.

Awesome service great shop. Max was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, to include hospitable. This shop earned a new customer when I arrived to get a pair of new tires and references to recommend road bike paths around the area. I strongly recommend this shop they care about the customer, and the community it serves! Keep up the good work guys!

I am very pleased with the service I have received thus far. I've been a long time customer since 1985. I realize ownership has changed over the years. That said these guys are fair and reasonable. They made a couple of exceptions for me and I appreciate them for that.

Took my daughters bike to get tire fixed and peddles. The gentleman explained to us what we needed etc, but do to my hearing I was not able to understand. Well he knew sign and was able to sign with me. Made me feel amazing and they fixed her bike in 15 minutes while we waited. I was really impressed. Not many places have a person that knows ASL and can sign with the costumers. Nice to know this place does. I've been going here since I was a kid. Keep up the good work.

Got my tube replaced 3 times within a month each time charged 30 dollars or more on the "heavy duty" tube. cheap product and a terrible place to get your bike fixed !!

Sold a bicycle through ebay and had a really difficult time trying to ship it. Then I brought it to the guys here and they were great. They packed it up and dropped it off at UPS for me. The buyer just received the bike and said it was packaged perfectly and in perfect condition. Thanks so much for making what started out as a nightmare, such a quick and professional resolution.
