Came here to buy a vape juice. Asked specifically for a non-menthol. Carlos sold me a juice. I came home, opened the juice, and immediately smelled menthol. Came back the next day asking to exchange it. Carlos said they don’t do returns on sale items.I said it’s not a sale item, I paid full price. He said “no, any item we sell is a sale item, because it’s for sale.” I stood there dumbfounded and told him I asked specifically for a non-menthol. He said he didn’t notice it said menthol on the label. He said he’s just an employee and the owner doesn’t do exchanges on anything. Mind you, he had just gotten off the phone with the owner because another guy had come in for an exchange after also being sold the wrong product. He didn’t want to give him the exchange, either, btw, even though he absolutely should’ve gotten one. I told him “I just saw you call the owner and he authorized that exchange.” He said he knows the owner and he won’t authorize the exchange and if we want we can come in on Saturday to talk to Hank. So I guess we’re coming in on Saturday.Avoid this place unless you want a headache.

BEWARE- cheap merchandise that will break and they do not allow exchanges. The battery I purchased turned on and appeared to heat. I thought it was an issue of needing to charge. I tried multiple times and different ways and it did not work. I tried to return it and since they told me it was almost two weeks they would not accept their product back in exchange for another one. Do yourself a favor, go to a reputable place that allows refunds and exchanges when their products are broken. Poor customer service. Do not recommend.

They treat me good all the time. I'm always running in a spaz way n They have had the patience, respect and to treat with 110% customer service. Awesome!!!Also the Smoke Shop has a lot of products to chose from. You think just going to run in store for one thing , but everything else catches your eyes. Then you realizes $50bucks later. But it's all worth the spending.

I come to the shop all the time because the owner it's nice and always work with the price but last time I went he over charged me that's really messed up. He changed me 70 for a regular bong and 30 dollars for a bowl piece hes never done that in my life I've been to the smoke shop I'm not happy at all with this shop

I thought they were ok but honestly they are over priced and they are literally really rude n say things like maybe you should shop some where else when my husband opened his disposable vape in front of them took 1 puff & informed them it was not working correctly it was then the owner tried to keep insisting that there was nothing wrong w it like it was our first time buying fyi it's mostly young or teens that go to that shop. The only up side is it's close

goodness gracious. kenny, the owner of this amazing shop, is so kind and accommodating. not only do they have GREAT deals, but they're always so nice when i come in. busy or not, kenny and his brother, shadi, will always start up a conversation about how i'm doing and how my friends are. these men are the best in the business. definitely worth while.

They are the best and so nice! Prices are pretty much the same as everywhere else. I drive across the valley just to go to this smoke shop because of the great selection, hours and customer service. Thank you.

Good smoke shop. The owner and his son usually work and ther counter a lot of the time which is nice to see. Good prices on most things I'd say. Very friendly staff, always knowledgeable about their products if you have questions about anything. Not the biggest smoke shop in the world but they sell a lot of different products so they probably have what your looking for. I have been going to this place for 15 years now, and have never had a bad experience.

Great selection & customer service, Shaadi and Eddie, I hope I didn't butcher their names! they are patient order whatever might be out of stock, when you take into account the shipping fees their prices are competitive. Seeing these guys and chatting with them and getting their advice has made Tobacco House my one and only shop.
