I would like to request the name and number of the owner of this pharmacy contracted with the West Hills medical center. I do not want a pharmacy manager or supervisor I want the owners name and number ASAP! Been coming here for years...unfortunately when there is a mistake made on their part they don't own up to it they just pass the buck and transfer you to other people either in person or on the phone. Admit that you billed the incorrect insurance etc and take responsibility and fix it so we patients/customers do not have to endure additional pain when we're already not feeling well. Some of us are permanently disabled and this behavior is unacceptable. We spend endless hours waiting on a phone and writing down what the problem is so we can help fix it but no one is willing to work with it. They blame the patient, get huffy with attitude and are beyond negative.

Has everything that CVS or Rite aid has and more friendly service. Prices are good.

After coming here for YEARS, I believe that today was my last visit. They never seem to have my medication! How can this be? I'm not on any weird, unheard-of drugs. That and the staff isn't very personable. And I NEVER see Nelson any more. Is he still there? His business cards are. Such a contrast between this pharmacy and Oak Hills pharmacy.

Great pharmacy and pharmacists. Very helpful in answering questions and having medications in stock. If your physician can send your medication directly to them they may even have it ready for you to pick up on your way out the building. This will save you a separate trip to another pharmacy. Immunizations are also available. They also have OTC meds and greeting cards. The snack selection has recently expanded with the addition of a number of refrigerated shelves of sandwiches along with other snacks like an assortment of chips and drinks. The north wall is full of different greeting cards which are changed based on the upcoming holiday. They also have splints, canes and other durable medical equipment. Their main entrance is on the street across from the hospital, though you can also enter from their doorway directly across from the elevators. . You can go through the pharmacy to get to the elevators of the building. It is easier to be dropped off in the front of the pharmacy than to go through the parking lot. Also, there are covered benches in the front so you can wait to be picked up instead of waiting in the parking lot.

I am only 2 miles away and I love this drugstore. I am vehemently opposed to the traditional chains, like CVS and Walmart. I am very glad to have found a local and friendly pharmacy like Royal Hills. My opinion is that --When there's something as important as your health and medications - you want a reliable person like Nelson to guide you. At the major chains, I never see the same pharmacist there. While I don't fill many prescriptions (or often), I do recommend Royal Hills to all my friends in the area.

Great pharmacy! Better than any other pharmacy in the West Hills Hospital area!! Best pharmacy in the West Valley!!! I know - I've checked them ALL out. Pharmacist Nelson cares about you and is eager to solve your medical needs. Betty also makes it happen. They keep the personal touch and efficiently process new and refill prescriptions without the endless lines of the big box pharmacies. They have been getting busier though, and their staff size has increased, so I just call ahead and it's ready when I get there. Essentially no lines, no fuss. Great staff, great experience...Every time!

Not bad, always a bit of a wait, but the staff are always very helpful and seem to have every prescription I've ever needed; conveniently located between both of the doctors my family visits

5-10 minutes I was quoted. I waited 28, nearly half an hour for a Rx fill. This is not unusual for the visits I have had here across the past two years.
