I waited for someone to come serve me at the butchery department I asked for assistance from a worker walking pass he went to the back came back and asked if he came out I said no the worker walked away to the back came back to me and asked if I used the restroom then proceeds to walk away from me , I only came to get meat so I left and drove to Ralph's in Calabasas

Thrilled to find Good Karma Flax milk at this Ralph's yesterday. I've been wanting to try this amazing milk that contains omega 3, protein and b12, vit D and vit A. The parking lot had plenty of spaces so I got in & out quickly. I did self check out but the staff is always nice here. I got a Starbucks drink in the store on my way out. My fav drink is the iced Americano. The barista was very sweet & genuine and I would definitely go to this Ralph's Starbucks again. The ambiance is pleasant at the store. They sell flowers and a large produce section.

No Employees! Forces U-Scan. Nope...will shop elsewhere. Plus there is no one to assist you if you need help with anything. No Baggers and only TWO Cashiers ever (especially during the weekends). Management doesn't care if the lines *no b.s.* are going down the aisle. This store sucks! I feel so sorry for their employees.

It's one year later. They've actually added another self-checkout. The 99¢ store down the street is very quick to open a second, third, even all registers. Ralph's? Just wait folks, we're here to make life more difficult.

One of these Ralphs that you can tell is trying to be as good as the better ones. But it's just the location - the staff probably has to deal with more non-grocery store issues than most locations.

Grocery store, large selection. Due to inflation, prices have gone up here and everywhere else. Still close to home so I don't have to drive far. Same!

Sold me spoiled chicken and did not waive the price difference of $1 between a new pack of chicken after having to drive all the way back to the store.

This is the largest and most well stocked Ralph's in the area. Very friendly staff, clean everywhere and just a notch above others. Love the fresh made sushi.

There are some very jovial people working here! The cashier tonight treated me as if I was an old friend who he hadn't seen in years. Being nice is free. I do wish though that their conveyor belts were wiped down every now and then, and kept clean. But this goes for all grocery stores worldwide.

Please get new card readers! They fail each time I'm there. Clean and fix the carts. There is always trash in the carts and at least one of the wheels is broken.
