Please get new card readers! They fail each time I'm there. Clean and fix the carts. There is always trash in the carts and at least one of the wheels is broken.

Never thought I would experience such a very disrespectful person here at this location. The lady with the receipt, She is very rude and seems like she hates her job. I witnessed her Talking down on a senior s because his English wasn't perfect it was a little broken. "this is America we speak English Here I can't help you" go somewhere else and thought that he was stealing because he didn't ring his items With that kind of demeanor and attitude she should definitely not be working there.

This is our local Ralphs, and our favorite. I'm also a Kroger stockholder. I love Ralphs! But today I experienced something I felt I had to report. As a customer completed checkout and began to walk out, a checkout cashier threw a shopping basket at him saying (loudly), "Hey, you forgot your basket."The customer picked the basket up and placed it in the stack at the store exit without responding. The rest of us stood there, jaws dropped.I've never seen such rudeness at this Ralphs, any other Ralphs, or any other store, anywhere. It was shocking.I should add that I was in the adjacent checkout aisle...intentionally. I intentionally chose the adjacent aisle to avoid that particular checkout cashier. As a regular at this Ralphs, I am familiar with the checkout cashiers. I try to get in Brian's line, when he's working, and try to avoid this person's line, whenever possible. Today I was on Josue's line (a great cashier, BTW).I don't recall the rude checkout cashier's name, but he's tall, Caucasian, portly and balding. Not difficult to identify. I'm sure regular customers know exactly who he is. Naturally, I will continue to avoid his checkout aisle. That's easy enough. But I wanted to bring this incident to the attention of the manager and anyone who cares. But I do want to finish by saying again that we love this Ralphs! But for now, I need to give the 1-star review based on what we witnessed today. I look forward to changing that rating.

Review is of the pharmacy here. I've routinely waited 30+ minutes in line to pick up single prescriptions. Pharmacy staff are frequently dismissive and rude, and will jerk you around/allow others to cut you in line on a whim. I wouldn't bother trying to pick up even simple prescriptions here unless you don't mind such long waits for little to no reason at all.Parking here is a nightmare as well, and there's often a bit of a free-for-all of cars cutting you off to turn into the exit lanes (I find this to be understandable though, as at least some of the customers leaving have just had to endure prolonged interactions with the pharmacy staff). There are better options all over the valley without the stress or trouble.

I don't know how Ralphs stays in business. They are over-priced and under-stocked. The people working there are helpful and friendly for the most part. But of late, there's usually only one cashier open. One. If the line gets longer, who cares (not Ralphs). You'll just have to wait. And the self-checkout help has the attitude of someone who has to deal with training customer after customer with how to check out their own groceries. There's a lot of competition in the neighborhood. A beautiful Aldi's just opened not a two-minute walk away. We've already shopped there. What a difference.Get your act together Ralphs.

The most difficult grocery shopping experience in the valley. Not sure if this is applies across all the ralphs but they require a phone number ID to purchase any item. I just came in for a bag of chips and the self check out line lagged so bad that we had to go to two different computers until we finally got "help". Help meaning a guy just standing there looking blankly at the screen just as we were waiting for the computer to register a number we have entered now 3 times into a slow system. Never coming back here. What a waste of time and energy.

I got 2 Ralph's in my area. The one on Sherman Way is closer to me & that store is usually out of stock on a lot of items I normally buy as of late. Plus the Sherman Way location doesn't have the greatest crowds visiting there either imo. So, I have made this Victory Blvd location my go to Ralphs now instead. Usually less crowded & they have more items in stock. Plus they seem to keep enough registers open along with the self checkouts if you want them. The store on Sherman way has their heads up their A$$3$ in regards to all that. I'd rather just drive the extra 2 miles to this Ralph's than bother with the one closest to me on Sherman Way. This store has it much more together in all ways.

Today was a good day. I was having a real hard time getting my Flu shot through other means. I just walked in and within 10 minutes had my shot. I have been going here for over 21 year. It has had its ups and downs due to different managers, strikes and this nasty pandemic. Yet today they came to my aide. I am very thankful. The best Sushi bowls ever...

I was shopping here at 11 pm. I politely asked for the code to the restroom. The cashier said, "After 8pm, we don't have a restroom." This tells me that customers aren't that important. I can't imagine 1 good reason for this arbitrary rule.

My daughter and I was in the area and this is the nearest Ralph's. We went in to pick up a few items that we are out of. The store was kind of busy but the check out line is not. So it was a fast and easy transaction. Mask is required and social distancing is enforced. Lots of parking. There is a designated area for curb side pick up.

Review is for Pharmacy (not store): Pharmacy never answers phones, refills Rx's late, often a long line of people picking up who dont have Rx's ready. They need to hire more people and optimize the entire Pharmacy. They ignore anything sent via the Kroger/Ralphs site. Used to get Rx's from Costco which aside from annoying parking/walking, was a wonderful experience - Ralphs is the complete opposite. I witnessed an elderly woman (regular customer it seems) just chit-chatting with the Pharmacist for 10 minutes when there were 8 people in line. Should not take 35 minutes to pickup a single Rx.
