Jane at the deli counter is super nice! A friendly smile when you're shopping goes a long way in my book

Do you know when the hours say 10 AM that’s when it’s supposed to be open in my opinion I always got to work way before time to open so when the time came I was open this is not acceptable. I went there and they were still closed up tighter in the drum at 10 o’clock I don’t like it that needs to change

Please get new card readers! They fail each time I'm there. Clean and fix the carts. There is always trash in the carts and at least one of the wheels is broken.

Never thought I would experience such a very disrespectful person here at this location. The lady with the receipt, She is very rude and seems like she hates her job. I witnessed her Talking down on a senior s because his English wasn't perfect it was a little broken. "this is America we speak English Here I can't help you" go somewhere else and thought that he was stealing because he didn't ring his items With that kind of demeanor and attitude she should definitely not be working there.

This is our local Ralphs, and our favorite. I'm also a Kroger stockholder. I love Ralphs! But today I experienced something I felt I had to report. As a customer completed checkout and began to walk out, a checkout cashier threw a shopping basket at him saying (loudly), "Hey, you forgot your basket."The customer picked the basket up and placed it in the stack at the store exit without responding. The rest of us stood there, jaws dropped.I've never seen such rudeness at this Ralphs, any other Ralphs, or any other store, anywhere. It was shocking.I should add that I was in the adjacent checkout aisle...intentionally. I intentionally chose the adjacent aisle to avoid that particular checkout cashier. As a regular at this Ralphs, I am familiar with the checkout cashiers. I try to get in Brian's line, when he's working, and try to avoid this person's line, whenever possible. Today I was on Josue's line (a great cashier, BTW).I don't recall the rude checkout cashier's name, but he's tall, Caucasian, portly and balding. Not difficult to identify. I'm sure regular customers know exactly who he is. Naturally, I will continue to avoid his checkout aisle. That's easy enough. But I wanted to bring this incident to the attention of the manager and anyone who cares. But I do want to finish by saying again that we love this Ralphs! But for now, I need to give the 1-star review based on what we witnessed today. I look forward to changing that rating.

Review is of the pharmacy here. I've routinely waited 30+ minutes in line to pick up single prescriptions. Pharmacy staff are frequently dismissive and rude, and will j*** you around/allow others to cut you in line on a whim. I wouldn't bother trying to pick up even simple prescriptions here unless you don't mind such long waits for little to no reason at all. Parking here is a nightmare as well, and there's often a bit of a free-for-all of cars cutting you off to turn into the exit lanes (I find this to be understandable though, as at least some of the customers leaving have just had to endure prolonged interactions with the pharmacy staff). There are better options all over the valley without the stress or trouble.

I don't know how Ralphs stays in business. They are over-priced and under-stocked. The people working there are helpful and friendly for the most part. But of late, there's usually only one cashier open. One. If the line gets longer, who cares (not Ralphs). You'll just have to wait. And the self-checkout help has the attitude of someone who has to deal with training customer after customer with how to check out their own groceries. There's a lot of competition in the neighborhood. A beautiful Aldi's just opened not a two-minute walk away. We've already shopped there. What a difference. Get your act together Ralphs.

The most difficult grocery shopping experience in the valley. Not sure if this is applies across all the ralphs but they require a phone number ID to purchase any item. I just came in for a bag of chips and the self check out line lagged so bad that we had to go to two different computers until we finally got "help". Help meaning a guy just standing there looking blankly at the screen just as we were waiting for the computer to register a number we have entered now 3 times into a slow system. Never coming back here. What a waste of time and energy.

I got 2 Ralph's in my area. The one on Sherman Way is closer to me & that store is usually out of stock on a lot of items I normally buy as of late. Plus the Sherman Way location doesn't have the greatest crowds visiting there either imo. So, I have made this Victory Blvd location my go to Ralphs now instead. Usually less crowded & they have more items in stock. Plus they seem to keep enough registers open along with the self checkouts if you want them. The store on Sherman way has their heads up their A$$3$ in regards to all that. I'd rather just drive the extra 2 miles to this Ralph's than bother with the one closest to me on Sherman Way. This store has it much more together in all ways.

I used to go to the 2 other Ralphs but they are always out of stock on every item I want or need. This Ralphs always has a full stock of everything so I don't have to drive to multiple stores to find my pops, chips and everything else I want. Its funny out of them all this one is the best one, never been to this store before but now I go here every time .

This review is for the pharmacist by the name of Anait Martirosian .. she's the head pharmacist there and always give me a hard time about filling my pain medication. I have family members and friends that go there and get their pain medication filled and never get a problem from her. I absolutely know it's because of my appearance and she totally discriminates against me for that reason. I've been going to this pharmacy for almost a year now in the beginning is when she gave me the most problems once I thought we got everything straightened and she was on a better path as far as her attitude was concerned and the way she was treating me months later here she is doing the same thing including trying to call my doctor to tell him to change up my medication intake. I have a torn rotator cuff that needs surgery on top of it all I'm starting to develop arthritis so my shoulder is in a lot of pain most of the time and she doesn't seem to give a damn. I'm assuming she thinks I'm just some pills chaser that wants to get high when I actually have a legit issues. I'm taking this to the news stations I'm also going to talk to corporate and get in contact with the pharmaceutical board and make a complaint until something is done about her. It's not enough words or room on this review for me to explain everything she has done to me that I let it slide so I just wanted to make this kind of brief. I should've done this a long time i'll go but I thought we were on better terms but she hasn't changed. No other pharmacy worker treats me the way she does and she doesn't treat anybody else the way she treats me and I'm tired of it.

Lazy- incompetent- useless bunch here- I filled a prescription last Saturday- last f****** Saturday and your god dam lazy pharmacy department explained to me that they can't reach the doctor so I have been out of medicine since then- In the meantime- the doctors office said they did refill the prescription and the pharmacy said they not. I think you both are idiots. Since you could not reach my doctor you chose todo absolutely NOTHING further to rectify the situation and your attitude is It's ok if I go without my medication? You don't give a s*** do you Ralph's? Unbelievable - and don't expect me to be nice or respectful when I go in there. I hope Ralph's goes out of business.

The staff was immensely helpful. They worked quickly, communicated well, and most importantly were compassionate to the situation. I had a great experience and will definitely be making them my regular pharmacy from now on.
