Horrible experience. They’re rude and the phlebotomist was unprofessional and she blew my vein a week before my surgery. Blown vein and I’m getting my shoulder drilled into in surgery in a couple days. Thanks.I’d suggest going to another location.

Rojin was such a nice and knowledgeable phlebotomist. Her attitude made my day. Sometimes, a person can level up the whole corp.

There is no reception. A machine is placed to check in. I see a lot of seniors having trouble using the machine.

Made an appointment online. Showed up on time and responded to email letting them know I was there "checking in". 2 minutes after I arrived they called my name. The person that took my blood was great. If you are going make the appointment online. Don't call and don't show up without an appointment and you will be pleased.

Very unorganized and staff is rude. Had an original appointment for an earlier time and the staff wasn't willing to help to check status on it. So we ended up having to make a new appointment for a later time. I get it now a days it's stressful to work in the medical field but some patience and a quick minute to help can go a long way.

Difficult to find. They also only have check in screens and you can only talk to someone if they come out to the waiting room.

This business is a joke!! The bad customer service I ever have in my life !! I did shell vial culture a month ago , call 12 times and no results!! But the bill 176$ they didn’t forget to send !!! I call few times no answer and now I to put me on hold for 10 minutes already,, this place is screaming and abusing customers!!!

Excellent experience again, this time with Destiny. There were a lot of patients there, some who were frustrated due to not having an appointment or showing up late for their appointment. But Destiny had a great attitude, an incredible sense of humor, and made the process as easy and painless as possible. We're so lucky to live in a country where you can get medical service quickly and efficiently.

You will never be able to get your results. The online access is a maze - they ask you random questions " What color is your Ford 1995 model?" and you have to know and you have never owned one, ever! :-D Some questions are even weirder. The service is none existent. Nobody answers your phone questions and you have to come in person to schedule an appointment on a machine. Then you have to come again - I hope my doctor will never ever give me a referral to these horrid labs.

I hate to even give them one star. At least be open during the hours that you claim you are. They virtually never answer the phone, and when you go there, they are closed during the hours they are supposedly open according to their recording on the phone.

Just whatever you do, don't ever come in as a walk in and expect to get anything done for you. Staff is also short so unable to help
