Kind, efficient phlebotomists. Convenient location at West Hills. Easy to make appointments. Thank you! However check-in is not easy for everyone. I'm ok with it but I see a lot of people struggle. It would be nice to have a human to help at check-in.

The staff were nice but the tape she put over the gauze where my blood was taken shredded my skin when I peeled ot off! Ask for a bandaid over it seriously!!
